It is a very informative tour thanks to our guide Emin, who is friendly, knowledgable and professional. We learnt a lot about the details on the struggle for independence, as well as the current lives of the local communities in Bonsia and Herzegovina. Would recommend everyone visiting the country to join this tour to gain a deeper understanding of the country and further the Balkan area changes and development.

So good that I came back for more. My first guided tour was with Arna, my second one with Almir. Both were excellent. Arna, in particular, has the habit of saying “Bravo!” if you ask a question that suggests you have tried to learn a little bit about Sarajevo before you arrive. (One should aspire to receive a “Bravo!” from Arna, in my opinion. 😁)

Great place to be educated. Very touching and moving experience. Very sad for what happened in Srebrenica. Hope nothing like this ever happens. The video is a bit long and repetitive.

I am a native to the...
I am a native to the region, however my wonderful friend was visiting from London. To show her some of the amazing places we have in Bosnia we took this tour. This is her personal review. Our driver was Zirno- a very funny and kind man who was a soldier during the war in Sarajevo- he doesn’t like to speak on it as it is the past. And our tour guide was Armina who studied tourism and is a world of knowledge about the country- food, politics, history and tourism. We went on a very hot day and would recommend a slightly cooler day- it was 42 degrees- if you can help it choose a cooler day. I have never been on a tour where the culture of feeding is so prominent- the tour guide was keen to show us as much of Bosnia as she could and this included food. She offered us upon arrival, gave us sandwiches at Kravice, passed around fig biscuits, grapes and plums and took us to eat Pita on the way home. It’s a great way to see more of the country and hear more about its history. The scenic views are mesmerising. The waterfall is beautiful and refreshing, albeit very busy in 42 degrees.

I am a native to the country however my dear friend was visiting and to help her to understand the culture and people, we took this tour. This is her review: Our tour guide was great - Ago. He was informative and had a good sense of humour. The tour itself was interesting, and opened your eyes to the wider picture that had impacted the nation during this period. Well worth the adventure to help you to immerse yourself in the countries history. To top it off there were lots of opportunities to take some amazing pictures.
