We had a great day trip from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. The trip was well paced with many interesting stops and breaks in driving. Chad was an absolutely amazing guide and driver. The Grand Canyon tour was absolutely excellent! Our guide, James, was incredibly kind and very professional. He was always attentive and helpful, making sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. The van was spotless, and we had water and snacks available the whole time. The music during the drive was amazing and made the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommended experience!

James did a great job on our tour. A perfect day trip with family as took in the sites and learned about history of the area. I would definitely recommend if looking for a small group tour.

Amazing Grand Canyon Experience

We did the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam and Skywalk experience with James our tour guide on the 22nd September. James had a lot of knowledge and was very patient in stopping and pointing out key historical landmarks along the way such as the Las Vegas Sign, the seven magical mountains and the Joshua Tree Park; allowing us enough time to appreciate each stop and take pictures. Throughout the day James reminded us to take advantage of the snacks and drinks provided and ensured we remained sufficiently hydrated. On the road James provided a lovely soundtrack with a nice mix of old school classics and country anthems. As a small group, we helped each other take pictures, but even if you were alone; you wouldn't feel left out. We had a great day with James as our tour guide and we would highly recommend Max Tours to anyone looking to travel to the Grand Canyon and have a similar experience.

Cash was our guide. HE WAS AMAZING!!! We could all sit back and relax as far as everything being taken care of for us. As for the fun of the tour, we got our monies worth! He gave us an energetic experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. Great day trip with great tour guide

A day trip well worth the time and money. Luis was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. The four planed stops turned into five with a stop at the Joshua Tree Forest. That was an unexpected plus. I would highly recommend this tour.

Amazing!

Our tour guide Brain was excellent. He was very attentive to everyone and provided great information. Only issue was no overhead space for bags and no lunch provided for such a long days tour. Lastly. The 7 Magic Mountains was not a necessary stop IMO only. Overall 4.5. Hoover and Grand were breathtaking. I recommend this tour.

Informative and fun tour guide, nice group, disappointing power tour

The tour guide Cathy gave interesting history of Las Vegas and Hoover Dam. The van was comfy and a fun group, plenty of water and snacks. But the tour was too long caused by waiting around to get into the power plant tour movie and again to get on the elevator, and again inline to wait for the government power plant tour guide. The plant tour was cool to get to but the tour guides were hard to hear. Also you do not see the other “tunnels” on this tour which was not clear to me. Max tours should time arrival at the movie or if that’s not possible, get there earlier so you finish by 11, to get back into Las Vegas by 12 as advertised. Time to walk over the Hoover dam and time to walk over Tillman bridge for views were the best parts with nice amount to time to enjoy.

We did the two day tour with Cash when my wife and I were in Vegas. We’re not much of a party couple, or course we did the things you gotta do in town, but by far the highlight of the week was the 2 day tour of the parks with Cash. We got pictures that are absolutely breathtaking and he took us to some spots nobody else knew about. He also made sure that we got our moneys worth by adding “bonus hikes and experiences” and was more than willing to take pictures for us. Not only will I remember the amazing views, but Cash was so knowledgeable and intentional about teaching us about the history of all the canyons, Vegas and everything else on our tour. I learned a lot I didn’t know before. I even got to sit in front of the tour van and just chat for an hour + with him. Great guide and great person! I would say not only is this a 5 star experience but it’s a must must must for your Vegas vacation!! The absolute highlight of the first vacation my wife and I took without our kids in 8 years. You will not regret. 1000% recommend.
