MaxTour delivered what was promised. Our tour guide Dave was a tour guide you need for all your tours. He was funny, well organized and witty. I would say he hates “late comers”, he prefers, we all enjoy the places rather than rush. Good attitude and not the least very safe and reliable driver.

What an amazing tour my husband & I had with Big Dave at MaxTour! We started our tour, on time, at 7AM and headed to Lower Antelope Canyon. We had appropriate rest room breaks as well as unlimited snacks and drinks on the way to the canyon. David also provided us with information on the lovely sights we passed as we ventured throughout Arizona and Utah. At no point in time did I feel rushed to get through any of the activities planned. We were also provided lunch from a delicious local restaurant! Our journey to Horseshoe Bend was amazing as well. David offered to take pictures of all of the guests. On the drive back, David offered to stop at the welcome to Arizona and Utah signs which was nice and allowed extra photo opportunities. After our day of touring, David drove us back to Las Vegas safely and well ahead of schedule. The van we were transported in was more than comfortable! Featuring AC/heat as needed and it was a standing up van that allowed us to enter and exit without crouching down. I would definitely use MaxTour again (and pray Dave is my tour guide)!

A Trip To Enjoy

Max Tour delivered what was promised. Our tour guide “Dave” was excellent, well organized, funny and witty. Never bored us. Very safe driver. The tour was well organized and we visited all places with enough time to enjoy. Dave never rushed us. Dave, Kudos to you. Love to have you again.

Great experience and tour guide.

The tour guide Chad was a very knowledgeable about each stop on the tour, he even took time to show us the Joshua Tree and some Big Horn Rams.

Seeing the Bridge and the Dam with Robyn is a MUST!

This was the #1 activity on my list when we started planning a trip to Las Vegas. I had been there but wanted my husband to experience it as well. It was 25+ years since I was there so it was like seeing it for the first time again. It is so amazing to me how this feat was even accomplished back during the Depression. I loved hearing about the connection with WWII as well. This tour is superb if taken with Robyn! She was one of the most fantastic drivers and guides with the best personality. She took great care to give us all the history of Boulder City and THE BRIDGE (which is spectacular), the building of the dam, a chance to see Big Horn Sheep up close, served as our photographer, and kept up fed and hydrated well with all of her treats for us! I cannot say enough about Robyn. I felt like I had made a new friend when she dropped us off. She is very punctual but gives you plenty of time to see everything! Thanks, Robyn, for a perfect last day in The area! I will certainly recommend this tour to all!!!

Driver and bus excellent, Hoover Dam tour was dull

Driver and bus were excellent. The Driver was very informative, the bus was clean and they offered plenty of chips, pop, water, granola bars. 16 of us on a van. Big windows, great views. The tour at the Hoover Dam was very poor. This was done by Hoover Dam staff. group of 71 people, couldn't hear the speaker. Poor explanation of how the dam and electrical works. The exhibit hall was very good and explained lots.

Dam Fun!

The experience was great and the information on Hoover Dam was interesting. The tour is also just the right amount of time. Bobby was engaging and kept everything moving. My only recommendation would be to make the pick-up locations clearer at the time of booking.

Great Grand Canyon/ Hoover Dam day trip!

I thought the experience was a great value! The tour was a day trip lasting around 12 hours. Our guide Luis was very accommodating and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Luis!

Our tour guide Jim was amazing, with a great and welcoming personality, I’d totally recommend him. I would definitely take another tour with Jim. His knowledge & history of each location we went to made us appreciate each location even more, his funny jokes made our group come together and losen up feel more comfortable . His Great personality made a huge difference . From the skywalk views to looking for eagle rock at the Grand Canyon to guano point and Joshua trees it all was well worth it. My cousin and I truely enjoyed this tour and are looking forward to bringing the rest of the family, hopefully to do Jim other ( 3 day) longer tours. Everything was well organized and perfectly timed. From the unlimited drinks and snacks to stopping mid way at a local sandwich shop, you couldn’t ask for a better organization. If you are lucky to ride with Jim ( I would request him) know you are in for an awesome day.

We did the sleep-in day trip to the Grand Canyon with Archie Bunker for a guide. Perhaps it's a generational thing, as the older people in the van laughed at the things he said about kids these days, women, daylight savings time, the government, a certain politician... but we heard more about that stuff than about the sights we were going to see. I just don't think any of this crap has any place on a tour that people take on vacation - I should never know who my tour guide voted for. He also committed at least two moving violations, passing over the solid yellow line and running a red light. We got out at the first hotel drop-off, and would have left sooner if there was literally any other way back to town. Otherwise, the tour was as advertised on the website.

Brilliant experience

Chad was an amazing guide, he knew loads and made the journey a lot of fun. We loved the trip, there were plenty of stops, rest breaks, snacks and drinks. Great value for money. The views of the Grand Canyon were breathtaking. Thankyou Chad

Luis our tour guide was phenomenal. He made the trip well worth the price of admission. Crowds were small during the week. We had a great experience.

Must have experience!

The van was very comfortable and ready for a road trip. Chad, our guide, was prepared with a variety of drinks and snacks as well as an excellent play list of tunes. He answered our questions and provided us with extra information about our trip. I would highly recommend this!
