As a solo female, security is my main priority and Trip Advisor seemed the best source to confirm that aspect. We were a group of 9 with Ken as our guide. He asked for a review which I normally only do if my experience is excellent or terrible. Ken had a broad knowledge which I would have appreciated him sharing in more detail on speaker in the van, especially about tribes' history, current challenges and geological formations. He is polite and punctual - to the extent of reminding us often that every minute wasted meant the possibility of missing a "bonus" stop - there were enough offers to take photos, snacks and drinks (albeit only accessible during stops) and he kindly gave me handwarmers for my upcoming visit to Yellowstone. Regarding the company's policies, the 3 day 2nt tour's itinerary is ambitious; the first day was 15 hours ending with "dinner provided" consisting of a pizza box for collection in the hotel foyer) and involved storing my suitcase elsewhere for the duration of the trip. The tours of Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley which are excellent, are not included in the price although are part of the itinerary. A list of recommended reading at time of booking and a daily itinerary at pickup would make this feel more a personal and customer-focused experience, as would name tags even if they're not used for long. Do not pass an opportunity to see Antelope Canyon where the local guide Cheyenne was exceptionally good. I felt that Southern Utah Scenic Tours was a better fit for me all round but this is OK for those with time restraints.

Ask For Orlin! We had a fantastic MaxTours experience. But, Orlin really made it extra special. Although he undoubtedly has "recited" the tour lingo countless times, he added additional information that clearly indicated he has "studied" the area beyond the tour bare minimum. He graciously answered questions with knowledge ... and our group asked alot of questions. We were beyond happy with MaxTours.

Checked off the Grand Canyon & the Antelope Canyon on my bucket list, and what an experience it was with April & the group! Everything was hassle-free & taken care off - plenty of food & drinks provided & even additional scenic stops - all you have do is just show up punctually. I had the most incredible experience on the Two-Day Antelope Canyon tour with Jim! From start to finish, it was a truly unforgettable adventure. Jim is an exceptional guide — not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about the area, but his passion for the canyon and its history really shines through. He made the entire tour feel personal and engaging, taking time to answer questions and share fascinating stories along the way. The Antelope Canyon itself is breathtaking, and having the opportunity to explore it with someone as experienced as Jim made all the difference. The entire trip was well-organized, and the two-day format allowed for a more relaxed, in-depth experience of the canyon and its surroundings. Every detail was thought of, and we had plenty of time to enjoy the beauty of the landscape without feeling rushed. I can’t recommend this tour enough! This tour was just incredible. From the minute we met our tour guide April, we felt so comfortable and learned so much. April really made this trip the best. She cared for all of everyone’s needs, including multiple stops, plenty of snacks, and a lunch. She is also a safe driver and we never felt worried to be in the tour van while she was driving. I would highly recommend this tour!

We did the Two-Day Antelope Canyon tour with Jim and had a great time. He took care of us and stayed on schedule so we had plenty of time to look around. Very cold in January at the canyons, but still wonderful views. This tour is well worth it.

Had an amazing tour with this company for 2 day trip to Grand Canyon and Hoover dam. We had a the most amazing time and a special mention to our tour guide (Momo) who was a such an incredible person, full of life and energy. She was so good with the informations, courtesy, kind and generous. Nothing was too much of a trouble for her. Thank you Max tour for such a memorable trip and to Momo for making it even special. Momo was the best tour guide. She was very energetic and super caring. She always made sure we were comfortable and fed. She’s very friendly, and connects with her guests on a more personal level. She is very knowledgeable and above all, she takes fantastic photos! She really is passionate at what she does and it shows. It’s a wonderful trip! Ken was an amazing guide for our visit to Zion National Park ，Antelope Canyon ，Grand Canyon for 3 days! The scenery was stunning, and we loved the photo spots he recommended. He provided excellent service throughout the trip. Highly recommend!

We love our guide Justin. His English is clear and loud, which is quite good for foreigners. He told us a lot about the cities and landscapes and he helped us to take many unique photos. We enjoyed this two day tour.

I just got back from the two day Grand Canton overnight tour. I could not rave enough about this tour. My tour guide April really made this experience so special! If you want to experience the incredible Grand Canyon, Antelope Canton, and many fun stops in-between look no further! April took care of everything! She knew the best photo spots at each location and was the best at capturing these once in a lifetime moments. If you are questioning if you should book this tour DON’T! Let Max Tours whisk you away (with many snacks and refreshments on the way) to the incredible beauty of the Grand Canyon. If you are lucky enough to get April as your guide you’ve hit the jackpot!

I wanted to provide a more extensive feedback for our recent three day Grand Canyon tour. We left Vegas on Tuesday January 14th, 2025. From the morning CJ picked us up for our three day Grand Canyon tour it was as if we were traveling with a family member. CJ was constantly going above and beyond with little tips, his preferred spots and expert guidance. It was never apparent we were traveling with a tour company. This tour was exactly what we were looking for. We normally would take these trips on ourselves, doing all the driving and organizing hotels and meals. It was such a pleasure to sit back and enjoy the awesome scenery and our of this world views without having all the extra responsibilities to weigh us down. We also benefited from CJ's vast expertise and previous experiences. We were always able to leave on time so we could fit in our entire agenda. Similarly we were always able to arrive at the right time for photos. CJ continually pointed out the various interesting little unadvertised points of interest along the route. The group experience was something else I was not expecting to be so positive. We got to know the other tour participants quite well and it was such a close knit group that it was emotional saying goodbye at the end. There so many good laughs has along the way as well. To summarize and I say this with all possible sincerity, I cannot possibly recommend this tour more. Thanks very much CJ
