Ken was absolutely fantastic as our tour guide for the Grand Canyon! From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made what was already a breathtaking destination even more memorable with his engaging storytelling and in-depth explanations about the area’s history, geology, and wildlife. Ken has a great way of making everyone feel comfortable and involved, no matter the age or background. He kept the group interested and laughing throughout the trip, which made the experience both fun and educational. One of the best parts? The bonus stops he included along the way! They were hidden gems we wouldn’t have found on our own, and each one added something unique and special to the day. We went on a 2D1N Grand Canyon tour from 12 to 13 April. Our tour guide, Justin Bartz, was exceptional. From pickup to drop off, food suggestions and everything in between, he was extremely caring, helpful, and meticulous — making sure everyone on the tour is comfortable. He curated a list of food options in every place that we went which we found to be super convenient. At the viewpoints, Justin took the effort to show us some great picture spots and several of his favourite ones as well — he even took the time to take pictures individually for the people on the tour. Justin truly went the extra mile during the tour and we really appreciate it. Our first time to the Grand Canyon wouldn’t have been the same without Justin, props to him for truly making our trip an incredibly memorable one.

We chose Max Tours based on the many glowing reviews and are so happy we made that decision. April was our guide for the two days and she was warm, knowledgeable, and funny and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. She provided ample history on the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon but also told humorous anecdotes, shared personal stories, and kept our group informed at every stage of the tour. She shared her experiences and opinions on food options during each meal stop as well as providing feedback from previous groups. The tour itself is a quick two days with plenty of sightseeing and photo opportunities. April did an amazing job of taking pictures at each stop and was both generous with her time and patient as each person or group posed again and again. She tirelessly drove the long stretches between major sites while stopping at interesting tourist spots along the way. Regardless of whether it was a souvenir shop or the Grand Canyon, April showed dedication and care to ensure everyone was safe and left with a wonderful experience. Our guide at Lower Antelope Canyon was equally dedicated and provided details on the geology, history, and lore of the canyon. Antelope was simply breathtaking, heightened by our Navajo guide’s perspective, and definitely something you shouldn’t miss! The accommodations provided by Max Tours were very good and our family was comfortable and slept very well. The van was newer, clean, and comfortably held a group of fourteen. April had drinks and snacks available each day and made periodic bathroom stops (and my wife appreciated that April tried to stop at very clean bathrooms whenever possible). The Canyon and Antelope were breathtaking and April was a ball of energy who kept everyone on schedule while making sure we left with plenty of amazing pictures. One of the best guides we’ve had on any tour and someone we were so happy to have met. Highly recommend Max Tours, and especially April, if you want a stress-free and enjoyable tour.

Our tour guide Justin Bartz was amazing! He went above and beyond and helped all of us to take so many photos, and he always showed us his favourite photo spots. He was always proactive and ready to respond to our needs, and I really appreciate his efforts! The tour was nicely paced, and I had a great tour overall!

Spend 3 days with our tour guide Orlin zion, brice, antilope,horseshoe, grand canyon, monument valley and route 66. The itinerary was impressive with an overwhelming amount of impressions and experiences.WOW It is truly a small (13) group, with attention to detail from guiding and history to the music played through each experience. Momo was our tour guide for this fantastic look at the Hoover Dam. She was a plethora of knowledge and was certainly well versed in the history of the dam and also of Las Vegas in general. It was a pleasure to be a part of this group with her as our guide!!

We did the Hoover Dam below and above tour, We were picked up promptly, James our guide was awesome, provided water and drinks and snacks throughout the tour. We highly recommend Max tours!!! The van was comfortable and nicely air-conditioned:) our trip was mid April, weather was wonderful, 80’s during the day and 60’s at night.

This was a small group. We had nine total. The van they provided was very large and extremely comfortable. They included water and different cans of coke. Not to mention they had a box of snacks, chips, pretzels, bananas and such. The driver (Scott) spent a lot of time explaining things, actually played some comforting music and gave us plenty of time at the stops. He is really a gentleman and a well-informed individual.

Bobby was an amazing tour guide on this incredible, once in a lifetime tour! His knowledge of the area and food tips added the perfect amount of spice to an already epic day. Highly recommend!

This is a must do tour when you're in or around Las Vegas. You get everything you pay for and more. We were on a family vacation and Max Tours help make it one of our most memorable trips bar none. Momo is incredible and quite possibly the best tour guide I have ever encountered! We took a day tour to the Grand Canyon and she really made it a magical day - she gave just the right amount of info/knowledge and just made everything fun. She is such a kind and passionate person...and her driving was super safe. Momo is a very clear and concise communicator as well, always taking into account the needs of the group. If you are considering a Max Tour, ask for a Momo led tour!
