Terrible experience the day I went to Death Valley!!!! The weather had hurricane winds gusting up to 50 mph. I could not stand up because the wind was so strong so I was being pushed over. In addition, dust and dirt was flying into my face. Twice I could not get out of the vehicle because the wind was so bad!!!! The tour advertises breakfast included to make it think you are getting something extra but in reality, you have to pay for your breakfast separately. A misrepresentation of what they actually offer. Instead of canceling the tour like any good business should have done they will let you go on the tour despite any kind of weather conditions…..why??? Because they just don’t care, they only want your money which is why I am taking this matter further. Don’t waste your money with a business like this one that does not give a S about you or the experience you have. Absolutely awful!!!!

My partner and I participated in a three-day group tour led by Anthony. His knowledge of our tour stops and points of interest along the way was impressive and even his dining recommendations served us well (he's done the research). From unique photo opportunities to special stops for a better morning cup of coffee, he took every opportunity to ensure each member of our group felt a personal touch. His sense of humor and curated road trip playlists were also a great addition to the experience! Anyone from the US or abroad wouldn't be disappointed with Anthony as a guide!

We had a great experience with Max Tours, Momo was our tour guide and she was GREAT! She gave us a little bit of history and fun facts about the sites we visited. She offered us help with our pictures and offered snacks and drinks the whole time. We had time to do a couple of bonus stops as well and it was so much fun! Thank you again Momo!

My husband & I joined Max Tour's 3 days Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon & Monument Valley tour from 28 April 2025. There were 10 other visitors in our group, ie from Japan, Canada, New Zealand, Australia & Philippines. Our tour guide was Mr Orlin and he drove us in a tall white van throughout the trip. He is a thoughtful, safe & careful driver. He ensured that everyone got a chance to seat in a comfortable seat by rotating our seating positions daily. He also replenished daily drinks, fruits & treats throughout our trip. My husband & I salute Mr Orlin's professionalism in looking after our welfare, safety & enjoyment during our 3 days tour with Max Tour. We would certainly recommend anyone intending to visit Las Vegas join Max Tour. Many thanks again Mr Orlin.

Tour of the West End Grand Canyon and Hover Dam with the Skywalk option was amazing. Our tour guide Bobby was also amazing. On time, very knowledgeable giving out great info as we drove the trip in a small van instead of the big bus. Our stops couldn't have been timed any better. The all-day snacks and drinks were plentiful and a good variety. He was so informative and helped us take great pictures to capture the moment, he played great music to fit our different ages. He made each in the group feel special. He remembered each of our names without us having name tags. I would 've liked name tags just so I could remember each as we carried on conversations. It was really a fun day. My husband was very impressed, and this was his first time being to Vegas and taking any tours. He was really looking forward to the tour and was not disappointed. I feel all 13 of us felt the same way. England, Austria, Vietnam, New York, Missouri we never felt as strangers. Bobby did a great job. JA

Amazing tour. Luis made it a memorable experience. I liked the smaller group rather than a large greyhound bus. The bus was comfortable. Luis made sure to point out landmarks and informed us of historical information as we traveled. I highly recommend MAXTOUR if you want to see the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon.

We had a great tour thanks to Anthony and Maxtour. When I posted our itinerary on our Facebook page, everyone in my family, thought it was impossible to do so much in three days. But everything was managed so efficiently that it was very easy to see everything and still have time to relax and eat and enjoy our fellow passengers on the tour. Our group very quickly became friendly and by the end were like family. Our personal favorite place was Antelope Canyon. It seems like you are just walking in a field and all of a sudden there is a little slot in the Earth and you go down and you’re walking on some alien planet. We personally try not to take too many pictures as all of these places have incredible pictures by people much more talented than us, but there was plenty of time to just enjoy the view or to take pictures if you wanted to do that. Anthony was so good not only leading the tour but also handling all the logistics, making sure hotels were booked and meals were on site. I also liked that you could do as much walking or resting as you wanted to - we got over 12K steps in every day but had plenty of places where we could rest too. Priced appropriately - we saw many more expensive tours with fewer amenities. Highly recommend!

Had an absolute blast with Jim—part tour guide, part stand-up comedian, and part hotel room negotiator. I’m on the taller side, and the queen bed in my room had me folding like a travel brochure. Jim swooped in like a hero and swapped his king room with me. Now that’s five-star service! He knew all the local gems—food spots, scenic views, and trivia that made me feel like I was on a live episode of National Geographic, but with more laughs. Seriously, his sense of humor could turn a flat tire into a comedy skit. Max Tours was already a win, but Jim made it feel like a road trip with your funniest friend Will highly recommend Max Tours to my friends and relatives ❤️

I chose to visit Death Valley with Max Tour and it was the perfect choice. The group was small, which made the experience much more relaxing compared to tours with large groups. Pick-up and drop-off were directly at the hotel. Our guide, Brian, was excellent, helpful, kind, reassuring, and a very safe driver. He took us to the most beautiful stops in the park. The music selection was amazing and became the perfect soundtrack to an extraordinary journey. Thank you so much!

We did the two day tour with Cash as our guide and really enjoyed the experience. Cash did a great job with scheduling to make sure that we had ample time at each location and went above and beyond to help us get the best views and photos at each spot. He gave great insight into the history of each of the locations we visited and also provided plenty of snacks and drinks throughout the day.
