The tour itself was great. However, considering the company has been operating for so many years, I think they could do a much better job protecting their guests from a situation that apparently happens every single day. Before the tour, they should clearly advise everyone to read the parking signs very carefully. We paid for parking as instructed, believing we were parked legally. Unfortunately, our car, along with six others from our group was towed. The signage is simply not clear. While there was a sign mentioning boat parking, the layout makes it look like those spaces are available for paid parking as well. The fact that multiple cars parked there at the same time shows that this is not just one person’s misunderstanding, it is confusing to many people. If only our car had been towed, I might have assumed I misread the sign. But when seven cars make the exact same mistake, it’s a clear indication that the parking area is misleading. To make matters worse, cones were placed in those spaces afterward. They should have been there before to prevent people from parking there in the first place. Instead, it felt like people were allowed to park, and then the towing company was immediately called. It gave the impression that this happens regularly and that visitors are being trapped rather than warned. Instead of ending a wonderful tour on a positive note, we spent the rest of the day taking a 20-minute Uber ride to the tow yard and paying nearly $200 to retrieve our car. It completely changed what should have been a great experience. I believe the tour company should proactively warn every guest as it significantly impacts the overall experience.

Our experience with Maui Snorkeling was absolutely amazing! From the moment we stepped on board, the crew made us feel so welcome—it felt like we were spending the day with friends rather than on a tour. They provided delicious snacks and fresh sandwiches, which were such a nice touch. What impressed us the most was how patient, kind, and attentive everyone was in the water. They were always there to help, making sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and had the best snorkeling experience possible. The crew truly loves what they do, and it shows in the way they care for every guest. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Maui, and we can't recommend Maui Snorkeling enough. If you're looking for a fun, relaxing, and unforgettable snorkeling adventure, this is the company to book!

A equipe de bordo é a cereja do bolo do passeio, pois além de serem super atenciosos e divertidos (especial elogio para o capitão que poderia ser comediante de tão engraçado), dá para sentir a sinergia deles tanto na relação com os clientes, quanto na impecável organização de todas as etapas do passeio. Deslizar no escorrega foi outra maravilhosa atração à parte, junto com o lanche servido e as músicas tocadas no barco, que eram ótimas. O local escolhido para fazer snorkel infelizmente não possuía muita atração em termos de vida marinha, o que seria recomendável apurar junto à tripulação se é algo que aconteceu em função da época do ano em que tivemos lá (verão) e horário (fizemos o tour da tarde - de 12:30h) ou se foi um fato isolado mesmo. Ainda assim, super recomendo o passeio, pois além do tempo ser distribuído na medida certa para não enjoar do tour (ou no barco), a energia da equipe é incrível

My husband, 5 year old daughter, and myself had an amazing time snorkeling with Greg and his crew. Dani, Sarah, and Katie were amazing with our little one! They helped her get comfortable in the water to see all of the amazing fish and turtles. This will be a trip that Emma will always remember. We highly recommend them!

Amazing crew and Captin definitely a must if your in Maui and want to have an amazing time snorkeling. The crater is as good as advertised. 10 out of 10! Hard to get photos and video with a cell phone doesn't do justice to how amazing this was!

Such a fun crew! Went on my honeymoon and it was so fun and I felt safe the entire time! They made sure everyone felt comfortable in the water before they let us snorkel! We also saw some spinner dolphins on the way!! So fun!

Slide into fun!
We had such a great time on this snorkel trip! We specifically wanted to support a smaller local business, and we’re so glad we did. The captain and guides were absolutely fantastic… friendly, funny, and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we stepped on the boat. The snorkeling was beautiful, but the giant waterslide was honestly the highlight of the day! Kids and adults were lining up to go over and over again… it was so much fun. The smaller group size made the experience feel relaxed and personal, and we never felt crowded.
