So fun!! The slide was insane and the people working the boat were so so kind!!! Best snorkeling experience ever!! 13/10

Morgan and Emily were amazing deckhands and were super knowledgeable. We had the best experience snorkeling and felt super safe and well-cared for! Captain Greg was super fun and took song recs throughout the trip! Would definitely recommend this is you’re looking to snorkel in Maui:)

Great day! Turtle Town made it all worth it. Swam with about a dozen turtles. It was one of the best excursions. Paul, Walker, and Sydney were amazing 👍

Worst captain Greg who took us on the tour. These folks Greg and Sam are a worst bunch. Sam is super short tempered. The only good thing about our trip was the lady in the ship (dont remember the name but sbe was feomfrom Maryland)who was super helpful and very good. These folks are fine if you know very well swimming but if you need any small help, they are so pissed off folks. Our family of 4 all know floating and can manage well in waters. All we needed was a little help to watch us out when in waters and Greg got mad when the lady crew was telling my wife how to make turns while snorkelling. He wanted crew to spend no time telling any tips. Coming to Sam, he is so lazy that my 6 yr old when he was done swimming and back to boat, he pulls him up onto boat holding his wrist. He could easily grab his shoulders if he bends a little. Such a lazy person and he was even mad that my son asked for help to come up the boat. Doesn't he know that he could break my sons hand by doing so. On top of that he puts an angry face. Greg shouts in front of everybody. Doesnt he have decency to talk in person if he has any problems with anyone? After paying 500 bucks, all you expect is some decency. These guys acting as if they are doing free service. I would have picked an argument but we are on vacation and not pick an argument with some random guys who lack decency. Notably, the boat was half full, so there was no reason for them to be super busy to get angry for anything. Another instance Sam got mad when my son wore snorkelling fins while seated on boat. They are kids, they came for vacation. If we are not supposed to wear, just tell one more time to take off, not get angry. How the hell a first time snorkeller will know he should not wear them while on boat but wear only when in water and that too a 6 yr old? These guys seriously are just for money. I highly recommend not to go with these folks if you have kids or if you are a first time snorkeller. Go to them if you want be upset on your vacation. They spoilt ours and hope no one else get into such situation.

Great snorkeling experience! Very friendly crew and a fun slide. We saw a sea turtle and so many beautiful fish! Definitely recommend!

First Time Snorkeling Ever, I felt like a pro before I even got into the water. Everyone was amazing, both crew and captain. Very helpful, couldn't have been more professional and courteous. I did notice a lot of people not tipping on the way off the boat, and with tipping being so important to us, it was the only thing on the entire tour that was a let down. In my opinion, and with this being Hawaii, the tour, a 5 hour fun packed ride of a lifetime, the price is extremely fair, no reason not to tip folks, this crew and their captain go far and beyond to deserve such gratification from consumers like us. So bring an extra 20 and get ready for dreams to come true whilst you're being catered to like royalty.

Great captain and crew, great energy, great music, always engaging and informing. Thanks so much to the crew on 8-10-2024 in the AM if you had multiple shifts etc but wife, 2 teenage daughters and I had so much fun and would recommend to anyone
