We went on a snorkeling boat tour today and had such an incredible experience. Unfortunately, my husband ended up dealing with a horrible case of motion sickness, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy everything the tour had to offer — but the crew completely changed what could have been a stressful day into something genuinely memorable and enjoyable. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially the young lady who continuously checked in on my husband throughout the trip. She was so kind, patient, and attentive, always trying something new to help ease the motion sickness and making sure he was okay. That level of care and compassion honestly meant so much to us. The captain was fantastic too — hilarious, skilled, and kept the atmosphere fun and upbeat the entire time. You could tell the whole crew truly cared about everyone having a good experience. The scenery and snorkeling spots were absolutely beautiful, and the food provided throughout the trip was delicious. Even though we didn’t get the full snorkeling experience because of the motion sickness, the crew’s kindness and professionalism made this trip unforgettable in the best way. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Maui. Truly an incredible crew and an amazing experience overall!

A nice, enjoyable snorkel trip to Molokini.

It was very enjoyable. The snorkeling was great and we loved spending time with turtles. The slide was very fun and fast. The downside was how windy and choppy the water was but they have no control over those factors

Amazing experience! First time in Maui and we love to snorkel so very excited to go to the crater. Boat driver/captain Greg is entertaining and made the trip super fun and easy even with some windy conditions making it more wavy. Felt safe and informed the whole time and the water slide at the end is super fun. Sammy’s photography was a great addition! The crew is super friendly and great at their jobs! The snacks and drinks and lunch were good too after swimming all morning! Would recommend 10/10 and will definitely come back next time we’re in Maui!!! 🌺🌴🐢

The crew was absolutely fantastic and truly made this experience unforgettable! If you’re considering this adventure, this is the boat and crew to book with. From the moment we boarded, the energy was upbeat, welcoming, and fun, and the crew kept that atmosphere going the entire trip. You could tell they genuinely cared about everyone having an amazing time, and it made such a huge difference. Honestly, after seeing the other boats in the harbor, I wouldn’t choose any other company for this particular activity. We got a pretty good look at the groups on several of the other boats, and it really confirmed we made the right choice. You could actually see the difference in the atmosphere — our boat was full of laughter, excitement, and smiling faces, while many of the others looked much more serious or crowded. The crew created such a positive vibe that the whole experience felt more personal and memorable. The adventure itself was incredible, and the staff did a great job balancing safety, fun, and entertainment the entire time. They kept everyone engaged, comfortable, and excited without ever making things feel rushed. One recommendation: renting the wetsuit top was absolutely worth it. You’re already out there making memories, so you may as well be as comfortable as possible while doing it! We also decided to purchase some of the extras like the professional photos, T-shirts, and towels, and we’re really glad we did. Those little souvenirs are such a fun way to remember an awesome experience once the vacation is over. Overall, this ended up being one of the highlights of our trip, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, exciting, and genuinely happy adventure. 😊

Greg “the guy that drives the boat” and his entire crew were absolutely fantastic, fun, welcoming, professional, and full of hospitality from start to finish. The boat was very comfortable, the snorkel equipment was great quality, and they provided breakfast snacks and lunch, which was such a nice touch. The snorkel reefs were beautiful and made for an unforgettable experience. What truly stood out most was the genuine hospitality and positive energy of the entire crew. They made everyone feel comfortable and ensured we had a great time. I highly recommend Maui Snorkel to anyone visiting Maui and looking for an incredible snorkeling adventure! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Very amazing experience! Crew was amazing and funny! When it came time for lunch, I had put down gluten free in the notes for my significant other and amazingly they had made a gluten free sandwich just for her, as well as a gluten free cookie and sweet bread just for her!

Captain Greg is one of the best boat captains we’ve had the pleasure of boating with. The crew was also first class!! Their attention to detail & hospitality was top notch. When we go back to the Molikini crater & turtle town, they will be our crew!!

Really really amazing experience! The crew was so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and funny! The captain was so funny and kept the crew engaged and laughing effortlessly. They explained the rules and regulations very clearly and helped everyone with whatever they needed. They also gave us homemade baked chocolate chip cookies at the end omg! Im so grateful I took a chance with them, they made our trip memorable and we will need going back when we visit maui again! Also the photographer captured amazing photos!
