We did the morning tour of the Nā Pali coast on the Nā Pali Kai III. , I had read the morning tour had an almost guarantee of seeing dolphins, and we did see a lot of them, 2 or 3 groups of spinner dolphins and later in the morning we even saw a couple of the much larger bottlenose dolphins! You also get views of the coast that you just can't get from land. Captain Rob was great, as were the other 2 crew members. They were engaging with all the passengers and always provided drinks if you wanted, collected trash, took pictures of passengers, gave helpful tips, and stayed on the lookout for marine wildlife. I definitely recommend preparing with anti-nausea medication if you're prone to motion sickness, because the Pacific moves you around a good bit. Highly recommended tour!

Third time I went to the Napali Coast, but First time with Makana also first time in winter. Despite 12 foot swells we had an awesome day in the water. The crew was great and very comeptent. Would higly recomed them.

Had a great time with this company. They took us to a great spot for snorkeling and then up the Na Pali Coast. The tour was informative and fun. I struggled with a little motion sickness, but the crew was fantastic about checking on me and offering different remedies to get through it and enjoy my time. Would definitely go with Makana again in the future.

One of the best tours ever. We seen the Na’Pali coast, huge pod of Spinner Dolphins, and Humpback Whales all in the same trip. The crew was incredible and fun to be with. Definitely ask for Captain A’a and Asia. Maholo’s 🤙.

Captain Mike is 100% professional Captain and you will enjoy his knowledge, his professionalism, and is courtesy towards his passengers. Elijah and Ethan, are two of the best first mates I've ever seen on any boat in my life. Cordial, dedicated. And always ensuring that the passengers are having a fun and always safe time on board. Furthermore, that was the best peanut butter jelly sandwich. I will certainly be back in the summer when the water is flat, the drinks are cold, and the smiles are just as big.

This was the highlight of our Hawaii vacation. The crew are amazing, funny and very knowledgeable. Sandwiches were very yummy and they had the water, juice and soft drinks flowing. Best decision ever and highly recommended to everyone!

Was a great trip with AA & Charlie.AA was a great navigator in & out of some rough surf. Felt very safe with his ability to maneuver the boat in & out one of the caves. Both AA & Charlie were very knowledgeable about the coastline & its' history & were very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend a voyage with makana & this crew aboard Selko 1.

This is our 3rd time doing Na’pili Coast by boat. This time was our best trip. Cpt Makana, Lionel and Lily were awesome. Very friendly and shared great information. Had a great time and will choose this one again.

We had great time visiting Napali coast onboard Amelia K by Makana charters. Very pleasant staff at office and along the journey. Captain Mike, Lionel, and Liliana were informative, courteous, and just amazing. They made entire trip a wonderful experience. They explained their Hawaiian heritage and Napali coast in detail. Very keen eye to spot mountain goats, turtles, and whale spouting at far. Overall great experience and definitely recommend this company

The boat was fun and comfortable. I usually get seasick, but took dramamine before and had a wonderful time. Very little rocking even for November. The boat is fast so you spend more time on the coast than some other tours. You can also get up close and personal with the caves and coastline. If we had to chose only one cruise to do, this one would be it. We even snapped some pictures on the other cruise we went on.
