This was an amazing experience! The crew (Captain Ri and Safety Officer Tony) were the highlight of the trip! The captain was very skilled, and we felt safe at all times while still having a blast! The history of the island and coastline provided by Tony was very informative and really added to the experience. The service was top notch, and they provided a tasty lunch and a variety of cold drinks. The coastline itself was stunning! We were on a smaller boat (not raft or catamaran) and the smaller group gave it a personal feel and enabled us to be able to enter the sea caves. A friend of ours that was on the excursion with us and is a regular visitor to the island, said this was the best company he has ever toured with. Highly recommend!!!

The boat is very comfortable and has all the amenities that you need. The captain and crew are exceptional. They are knowledgeable of Hawaiian history and island facts. Saw many cool and exciting things. We highly recommend this crew and company.

Captain Mike is a very good sailor and quite capable navigator of his vessel, which is tantamount to safety for an enjoyable experience for crew and passengers alike. He is knowledgeable of Kauai's lands and sea history which provides good detail for those passengers that are interested in learning about Kauai's past and present sea life and the geology of the magnificent land and seascapes! His boat's motors were steady and powerful, helping Captain Mike get into tight caves for all to see the rock formations in the cave ceilings and walls. 5 stars for the navigation, knowledge & steadiness by which he took us all on a great journey out to the ocean and back to the harbor in one piece! The Na’Pali Coast Tour with Makana was our favorite part of our trip to Kauai! Sean and Kai were great guides and took care of our every need. We had so much fun with them, from learning about the local history of the area, to snorkeling, seeing dolphins, and jumping off the roof of our boat, the whole day was amazing. I highly recommend them, it is well worth the money!!

Excellent experience! Cliffs! Waterfalls! Dolphins! Sea turtles! Highly recommend. Captain Sean and first mate Ky’le were full of fun energy and very informative. We learned so much on our trip. The music was top-notch and made for such a fun experience! Highlight of our trip.

This charter never disappoints. My 4th time with them and I’ll do it again The boat is perfect for the potential conditions, fast enough to get thru the coast there and back along with lunch, snorkeling , cave encounters, and the history and significance of the various areas This is the boat and crew you want ! We’ve had different crews over the years and they were and are all great. Professional, helpful, funny. Prices have gone up but the quality remains!!
