Cool place to visit, not to expensive, was fun to take pictures with friends. They offer military discounts.

Way cooler than I expected it to be. We had a lot of fun snapping selfies with our favorite wax celebrities. Their location at the Venetian made for an eye popping experience all around. I would definitely recommend to others.

I visited Madame Tussauds New York during my trip and had a really fun experience. The museum is very well organized and features an impressive collection of wax figures from celebrities, athletes, and historical figures. The level of detail is incredible, making it feel very realistic and perfect for photos. One of the best parts is how interactive it is — you can get close to the figures, pose with them, and really enjoy the experience instead of just looking from a distance. It’s a great activity whether you go with friends, family, or even alone. The location is also very convenient, right in Times Square, making it easy to include in a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting if you’re in New York and looking for something fun and different to do. It’s a memorable experience and worth it, especially for first-time visitors.

Everything was great as far as wax figures, they did a great job on the figures. The staff is wonderful, professional and friendly. Willing to go the extra mile for customers. All this and not 5 starts, well my gripe is the functionality layout of the facility for those needing mobility assistance. Everything was fine until it was time for us to go the third floor down, the elevator didn't not come. I had to go around the next floor and notify the elevator attendant that we were waiting. The attendant then stopped the elevator for us to exit.
