We really enjoyed the wax figures. Many looked really but a few were kinda bad. I liked many of the poses.

Que experiência incrível!!! Ficamos la dentro em torno de meia hora e foi emocionante, pareciam reais! É interessante saber que são do tamanho real e fiéis a cada artista. Compramos ingressos na hora mesmo

The work is insane! It almost feels uncanny to look in the eyes of the statues who seem so real. There are a variety of celebrities, so it's nice

Would have been a 5 star experience but Ramy almost ruined the entire visit for us. He was extremely rude yelling at the guests, rolling his eyes for people to get off / on the elevator. When we exited the couple in front of us inquired about the 7D experience and he told them to get off the elevator, interrupting them. The husband once again told him we all needed to go to the 7th floor because we had missed the experience. He was extremely aggressive and said "show me your ticket then." My boyfriend and I had it on our phones so it was easily accessible but the couple who had a small child with them was anxiously looking for the receipt. They showed him the purchase and he said very snotty "that's not your ticket that your receipt!" They finally found it and we went up to the 7th floor with absolutely no direction on how to get to the 7D experience. We walked around with the couple trying to work as a team to find this place. We finally found it by Alicia Keys on the 7th floor. We get there and there is a very small sign that says wait here. But there was no attendant. No information on how to get a hold of one so I called the number online to see if we could have a team member meet us there. The phone number was disconnected no longer taking phone calls according to the recording. We stood there for a few minutes more when Roy came out to greet us. Ramy had already put me in a horrible mood and I think Roy picked up I wasn't totally happy. He began to joke with us and tried everything he could to make it better. The 7D experience was totally worth the extra add on. It was a rollercoaster virtual reality ride that took you through an abandoned circus and you shoot clowns while you are riding. It was so much fun and after the ride was over, Roy took more of his time to make sure we left with a smile on our faces. Because of Roy we left on a good note and for that I really appreciate him. Moral of the story it only takes one bad apple. Ramy I hope your day gets better and that you, moving forward, treat people with kindness. We are all visiting New York some of us for the first time there was absolutely no reason to talk to people the way you did. Completely unacceptable and I hope a manager will address this behavior. No one should ever be made to feel like a burden in an establishment they are paying for.
