First and last time I will EVER go there.! The ENTIRE staff was Extremely rude. My husband and I arrived just before 7pm on a Wednesday, and no one bothered telling us that the museum was closing in a few minutes (we bought the all- inclusive package), had anyone told us that, we would’ve simply rescheduled for another day, no big deal. Because the same few employees consistently gave us “hurry up and get out” vibes, we didn't do anything that we paid extra for (MARVEL 4D + 7D Game + Wax Hand+ Photo Pass) etc. In fact, the employee who initially saw our Tickets rolled her eyes as she handed me the Guidebook and didn't guide us to anything at all. The employees kept following us all the time, leaving an embarrassing atmosphere as we were taking pictures with the figures. In fact, the same girl that rolled her eyes literally told me to hurry up. So, we didn't complete our full experience, and we had paid extra for the other activities. Simply horrible. I'll never come back and tell everyone I know not to go.

Tucked away, sort of, at the Opry Mills Mall... it may seem quick to go through, but honestly, taking your time for photos and just having fun is well worth it!! My family & I created some shareable and laughable memories when visiting. It took us about an hour to get through.. I definitely recommend it if you have downtime on your hands.

I visited this museum yesterday and I must express my deep disappointment with the design and lack of clear instructions throughout the exhibit. Starting from the 9th floor and moving downward was a claustrophobic and disorganized experience. At one point, I reached a floor designed to resemble a subway station, which triggered my discomfort with confined spaces. I tried to avoid this area by looking for an alternative route, but the exit door was locked, When I returned to the 9th floor, an extremely indifferent staff member forced me to go back to the subway station design area. and the directions from staff were vague and unhelpful. Despite being told there was another way, I couldn’t find it and had to return to the same floor multiple times, adding to my anxiety. When I attempted to use the stairs, I discovered the lower levels were locked with iron gates, which made me feel trapped. This is a poor safety design and highly inconsiderate for visitors with specific needs. The situation was particularly stressful because my 9-year-old daughter was with me, and I was worried about her safety too. Additionally, the elevator buttons were hidden under posters, forcing us to walk through every single floor even when we wanted to exit as quickly as possible. The final stretch to the exit required waiting for a staff member to operate the elevator, prolonging the ordeal. By the time we left, I was drenched in sweat, overwhelmed with anxiety, and struggling to breathe. This experience went beyond discomfort—it felt like a safety hazard. This museum’s design is not inclusive or accommodating for individuals with claustrophobia or other sensitivities. Clearer signage, accessible exits, and better staff training are urgently needed. I sincerely hope the management addresses these issues to make the experience safer and more enjoyable for everyone. People with claustrophobia should never come here. The operator should take this into consideration and give everyone the right to leave at any time instead of blocking the elevators and stairs. It is hard to imagine what would happen if there was a fire or emergency.

For the first time I've visited wax museum madame tussaud. Great place. You can see many famous peopl's figures in wax. Almost seems real for all figures like Jackie Chan, Bruce Lee, Morgan freeman, Leonardo de Caprio, Madonna, Rihanna, Mohammed Ali, tiger woods, Serena Williams, lincoln, George Washington etc . Lots to see. Nice place.

Visited as part of the GoCity pass. Not this biggest Madame Tussaud’s I have visited but they definitely have all the good people to get photos with

We had a blast here!! So much to see. We went on a Thursday. No crowds and no waiting in line! AWESOME!🤗
