Amazing experience

I had a great experience. Only thing I would suggest is to make the film at the end longer. I am not sure the gentleman’s name who helped us find our photos but he went above and beyond. He was patient with us and made sure we walked away with a smile!

I’m sure this place would’ve been amazing! However, after driving for 2 1/2 hours away, I show up and apparently the ticket that I bought they wouldn’t let me in the park because they said there was a private event. Why I was able to purchase the ticket online I do not know? However, it was my daughter‘s 17th birthday and we came for nothing. I tried to talk to a manager about rectifying the situation and he was not able to help. This is absolutely ridiculous and unfortunately, my daughter had to miss it on her birthday. I am so not happy about this!

So much fun and the hangover bar was the best. Wax figures looked real, and The 4D Marvel's shows was amazing.

We had a great time at Madame Tussauds, NYC. The entire experience was engaging and fun. The highlight of our visit was the Clown Chaos 7D experience. It was thrilling and unlike anything we’ve tried before! The Marvel mini-movie was also well-done and entertaining, adding a cinematic touch to the visit. One of the best parts of Madame Tussauds was, of course, the incredibly lifelike celebrity wax statues. The attention to detail in the statues was remarkable—each one captured the essence of the celebrity perfectly. From iconic Hollywood stars like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie to global pop icons like Beyoncé and Taylor Swift, the craftsmanship was stunning. Even sports legends and world leaders had their unique charm and likeness preserved. Every statue had intricate details, from facial expressions to clothing and accessories, making them feel almost real. We also spent some time playing video games, which was an unexpected but fun addition to the experience. With so much to see and do, we spent about 3-4 hours here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Madame Tussauds is definitely worth a visit for its interactive exhibits and incredible artistry.

It was a fun 30-45 minutes but I don't think the cost of almost $100 for two people justifies it. The waxes are good for some but they're old and more so highlighted by wax models from the Warcraft movie from 2016 of all things. Clearly needs updating.

Jimmy 'Neutron' was incredible to us in front of Madame Tussauds, telling us about the different ticket packages and being extremely kind and charismatic. The rest of the museum was a bit of a disappointment. It was much smaller than other locations, but just as expensive. Two sections were closed off entirely which just makes the pricing that much more unreasonable. "I wonder what Madame Tussaud would think of this location" -my husband, shaking his head in disappointment. Props for photos were fun, I enjoyed the wrecking ball and the poker chip pool the best.
