I previously left a 5 star review before, I enjoy coming here often with my friends and family when they visit (I’m a local) and normally have a pleasant experience here every time I visit. However last time I was there and saw the manager (I believe her name is Jaden?) was very rude walking around. I heard her earlier talking to staff in a rude way but I didn’t know the context but then she was very rude to use also. I don’t recognize her there before, she must be new. But now I will never come back again. I don’t want to deal with her and rather spend time at other Orlando attractions after this experience.

A great experience, highly recommended! This place is definitely worth the visit! We had a fantastic time seeing the figures up close. The wax models are incredibly detailed and realistic, making it a super fun experience with plenty of great photo opportunities. If you are in Orlando and looking for something fun and different to do, don't miss it! Vale muito a visita! Vale muito a pena conhecer! Tivemos uma experiência excelente vendo as estátuas de perto. Os bonecos de cera são incrivelmente detalhados e realistas, tornando o passeio super divertido e cheio de oportunidades para ótimas fotos.
