Ho acquistato il biglietto online, procedura semplice e veloce. All’ingresso non c’era fila quindi subito siamo entrati. È stato divertente fare le foto con abiti a tema affiancati alle star!!!

It was alright. While the staff was very friendly, the AC was strong and the bathrooms were very clean it was such a tourist trap. The bar was insanely over priced one shot of vodka was $14. I was really hoping for some more history on Madame Tussaud herself. But it's mostly just a place to take pictures with statues. Some of them were spot on with detail but it's so crowded, and so expensive. $50+ per ticket.

Pleasant experience but.... quite a bit expensive with two kids : about 200 $ (no kids special price - only if they are under 2). It lasts about 1hr30. It would really be great to have either a family package for 4 or prices for kids and teenagers.

Didn’t actually visit, but 100% will next trip due to the kindness and care of your employees. I was on the moving sidewalk approaching this location and something sharp on the conveyor belt sliced my foot open. I was confused, in pain, and bleeding and plopped down in front of Madame Tussaud’s. Your greeter immediately made sure I not only had bandaids but also an alcohol wipe and neosporin to make sure it was clean. I was able to resume my vacation without having to go back to our hotel or taking major down time sitting on a stoop. I will always be thankful for him going above and beyond. 💕

They did a very good job on some of the wax figures. The great details they did on some of them is incredible.

Schönes Erlebnis, man sollte sich etwas mehr Zeit einplanen, es ist sehr groß. Wir haben es mit dem CityPass besucht, alles ohne Probleme. Wir hatten keine Wartezeit. Empfehlenswert! 👍🏼
