Amazing experience for people of all ages. I loved the way each room had a theme (i.e., sports, music, horror, theater, political). The people looked so real! My family and I paid for the package that included admission to the museum, the Marvel 4D experience, and RISE NY—well worth the money. RISE NY was incredible. I wish more cities would do it.

So life like I found myself talking to them, we'll worth the money. I was very impressed that they gave a Military discount but you do have to show proof. Thank you for honoring Active and Veteran service members.

I came in as a “local” of sorts, though really I wander in from stranger shores. Either way, folks like me don’t bother more than once. One trip shows you the truth: this place is lackluster. The design feels stuck in the era of fuzzy TVs and low-res music, when the “good old days” were glazed over in self-congratulation. Ozzy and Jimi Hendrix were the only statues with real weight, the only ones that made me feel like I’d stepped into something worth the ticket. Then came Harry Styles. That choice alone proves something’s off. Jack Black, who is bigger in every way, would have been a draw. Kurt Cobain or Dave Grohl (not my taste, but undeniably significant) would’ve carried more weight. Eminem, who I have little faith in, is still bigger than Harry by far. And where’s Snoop Dogg? If you want to nod to rap royalty, he’s a must. Instead, we got double Elvis. That sealed it: decisions made by a boomer committee. Maybe they figured “Nashville = country” and called it a day. But even the country section feels flat. People don’t treat this place like an art museum, and it doesn’t work as a funhouse either… Well maybe a funhouse without fun!? My advice: upgrade the rooms, take notes from modern immersive art experiences. That’s the lane you’re in now. People want to be transported, not shuffled past dimly lit wax figures that already feel out of date.
