An amazing experience! The statues look so lifelike, especially the 4D superhero area

Madame Tussauds New York was an excellent experience and absolutely worth visiting. We chose the full extra ticket, which added great value and made the visit even more enjoyable. The museum is very well organized, interactive, and offers an impressive collection of wax figures that are incredibly detailed and realistic. The overall atmosphere is fun and engaging, making it suitable for all ages. Everything was well-maintained and clean, and the experience felt smooth and well-planned from start to finish. Overall, it is a must-see attraction in New York and fully deserves a five-star rating.

Fun experiance for all ages. My grandma (68) and I (29) came here during our Vegas Trip and thought all of the wax figures looked very realistic. Such a fun experiance!

I was recently in Vegas for my sister’s 21st birthday and we stopped past the shop to make a hand mold. Jimmy serviced us and went above and beyond. He thoroughly explained each step in advanced, and talked through the entire process as we moved through. He was super engaging and cheerful, which made this a fun experience for my family. He certainly knew what he was doing and seemed to enjoy it! Look out for him if you’re looking to enhance your experience during your visit!

It was such a cool experience. The wax figures looked so real. My kids enjoyed dipping their hands in the wax and making their own hand wax molds. Alicia helped them with their hands. She was great! Alicia was helpful, patient and made the experience just that much better.

Went back after about 15 years. There aren’t major changes over time, so it was a bit hard to get excited. They’ve added some new faces, and the Avengers 4D show is okay, but overall it felt a bit underwhelming for a repeat visit.
