The staff wasn’t really friendly everyone looked like they were over it. Very selective on who gets good treatment and who doesn’t. Cool builds but the energy was very weird and off. Won’t be back

It's 11:09am and the Lego store is closed. I asked an associate if they will be opening the lego store but he said no because of staff shortage. I believe this is where the store manager and other upper management should be stepping in and doing their job to open the store. My son was excited to come here and shop at the lego store and use his birthday gift cards. Unfortunately it is disappointing that this lego store doesn't have the support it needs to operate efficiently due to staff shortages. I'd like to add that this store did finally open up after 1125am. Unfortunately this store does not take Lego Gift Cards. This is unacceptable as they do not have any signs that mention they don't accept gift cards. After my son found multiple lego sets I had to pay out of pocket because they did not accept gift cards. The cashier female said only Valley Fair accepts gift cards. SUPER FAIL AT THIS STORE AND DISAPPOINTED

I was really looking forward to taking my daughter here, but we don’t be back. When you advertise that you have a space specifically created for younger kids (mine is in preschool), I would think that space would be cared for and operational. Instead, it was like a complete afterthought. Nothing there was stocked well. Things were broken. My daughter was so disappointed about there not being a single duck in there “duck pond” game that she wanted to leave. I convinced her to stick around a bit longer and go to the 4D movie, but the one the poster at the front said it would be wasn’t what it was. She wanted to leave the move because it was too much and wasn’t what was communicated. The one nice thing that happened was that one person working there made little ducks for my daughter. Between the three of us, we paid close to $100 for today and it was a complete waste.

i was trying to build a tower with my daughter and buy them with a box. the sales come here and told me that you could not build anything and you could only pick and buy and leave. i was so surprised that we never received such services before. they were so rude and we would never ever come back here again.
