Pretty fun place for kids but some stuff was outrageous. Got there at 10am on a Wednesday by 1010am the lady came and found us and said we have a lot of field trips coming in today so if it's too overwhelming, we can get you a ticket for a different day - 1. Why didnt you tell us that at the counter before we paid? But also, 2. We drove an hour to be here so we're staying now. We paid for the photo pass thing to find out there was only 1 working photo booth and then at the end, the photos didnt even show up when we scanned our code. **if you are going to ride the ride, they make you leave your bags, THIS INCLUDES PURSES, while you ride. That was INSANE to me, asking an adult with only a purse to leave all my money, cards, ID, car keys and whatever else I had - in a small crossbow purse - as if it was going to fly off the ride. Would be nice to let the kids keep 1 mini figure that they build.

$30 per person to play with Legos. You don't get to keep any. It was "F1 Day" which means they printed some stuff out and hung it around and you get a "paddock pass." There wasn't anything specific to F1 Lego wise for the kids to interact with. The staff was very nice and interactive, just seems like a lot of money to play with random legos.

It's 11:09am and the Lego store is closed. I asked an associate if they will be opening the lego store but he said no because of staff shortage. I believe this is where the store manager and other upper management should be stepping in and doing their job to open the store. My son was excited to come here and shop at the lego store and use his birthday gift cards. Unfortunately it is disappointing that this lego store doesn't have the support it needs to operate efficiently due to staff shortages. I'd like to add that this store did finally open up after 1125am. Unfortunately this store does not take Lego Gift Cards. This is unacceptable as they do not have any signs that mention they don't accept gift cards. After my son found multiple lego sets I had to pay out of pocket because they did not accept gift cards. The cashier female said only Valley Fair accepts gift cards. SUPER FAIL AT THIS STORE AND DISAPPOINTED

Expected a little more. Only 3 or 4 attractions, rest was just different rooms to play lego. Would probably go back, but will try Legoland first.
