It's great for the kids but they need a manager walking around the floor more often. Most of their employees seem to not care to do their work. We had to wait about 10 minutes for a person to show up for the VR that we paid extra money for. No "sorry sir" or "thanks for your patience." Just 2 employees slowly meander over talking to themselves the whole time and not caring. Some machines don't work, people don't respect each other's space, etc.

An item was Priced higher ( when scan ) than the price it says under the toy there was a whole line of toys for same price an employee says some kids move the price that's incredible In Massachusetts, if a toy (or any item) is in the wrong place and has a lower price tag on the shelf than what it rings up for at the register, the store must honor the lowest advertised price.

Really fun experience for the family especially with little kids. There lots of things for kids to build, and they even have a master builder on hand! Be sure to see one or more 4D movies, sit in on one of the guided build projects, and enjoy the rides. I’m glad this was included in my annual pass for Legoland and I’ll probably come back again.

Great, engaging but can be one easily over stimulating. However, the ride and the movie was a huge hit !

I took my kids here on a weekend and they had a lot of fun. We saw each activity center there but the one that stuck out the most was building a car and racing it down a ramp. If we had the time we could have stayed there and played from open to close. The store also has a great selection of new sets.

Took my 2 kids there. It was decent and they had fun. My 2 stars is because they allow male managers in the women’s restrooms while it’s being occupied to do a “management check” So i guess i would say don’t let you kids go to the restroom alone there 🙄🤢

No adults allowed without a kid. So we didn't get to go in. It should say that somewhere that is obvious, like website or entrance in big letters. Glad we didn't buy tickets in advance.
