Such a lifesaver for a rainy Saturday 🌧️ My boys were entertained for hours, which is a total win in my book. I was really impressed with how clean they keep the play areas - especially the toddler zone, since I’m always a bit of a germaphobe when it comes to the little ones 🧼👶 The staff were super patient even when it got a bit chaotic during the peak hours. Also, a huge shoutout for having a cafe area that actually serves decent coffee! It made the 'waiting time' so much more bearable. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but for the peace and quiet I got while they were building, it was worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back for the next rainy day!

I was disappointed with the entire experience. It felt more like a museum visit than a true discovery experience. The price is too high for what is being offered.

WE ARE DONE! Arrived today with my son's direct support person for him and his care giver to enjoy Legoland without me. They informed me at the door that as of Jan 1st they stopped allowing support care stay with the child while at the activities and now they must pay a discount. My family was told March 28th however that we did not need the support person to pay any cost. What is the point of having a membership??? The food and prices of the add ons are ridiculous. Nope, keep your high prices. Cosi and other Columbus area activities will continue to be on our list.

No adults allowed without a kid. So we didn't get to go in. It should say that somewhere that is obvious, like website or entrance in big letters. Glad we didn't buy tickets in advance.

Marisela was really nice and helpful. She made sure we got to trade for a mini fig my son really liked. She also went out of her way to teach us how to build a race car. We had a great time here.

The place is nothing wrong but the kids who come to play is horrible . Especially Brentfiled elementary school . No one is supervising and no one teaches them how to behave and play. 5/14/2026

I recently had my daughter’s birthday party here. The experience itself was a lot of fun. The kids arrived early, the place was quiet at first, and it almost felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. There was plenty to do, and the party planners did a great job keeping everything organized and moving smoothly. My main issue was with the policies and procedures surrounding booking and planning. That part was honestly very stressful. They only allow two room options for birthdays — either 20 people or 40 people. I paid for 30 guests and was told that if fewer people showed up, I’d receive a credit afterward. The stressful part was that adults were counted at $40 each even if they weren’t participating, and if we had more than 20 but fewer than 30 guests, the expectation was apparently that extra people would have to wait outside. I ended up paying for 30 mainly to guarantee the larger room because it would have been embarrassing to tell parents they couldn’t come in. After the party, I asked for credits for the unused tickets and was told they could only offer day passes instead. There was also some confusion where they initially claimed I had more guests than were actually there, but then quickly said they had counted four babies and could reverse the charge. Overall, the staff was good and the kids had a great time. I just felt the pricing and policies were very inflexible, and worrying about the headcount added unnecessary stress to what should’ve been a simple celebration.

We always have a wonderful time here — this place has truly become our happy place ❤️ We mainly come to participate in the Creative Workshop run by Anthony, one of the best LEGO Master Builders in the area. My kids are advanced builders, and while Anthony runs his regular classes (which we absolutely love 💕), he also encourages them to free build and express their creativity. What makes this place so special is how Anthony always makes sure every person feels included and has a great time. His passion, kindness, and creativity make every visit memorable for our family. All the staff at this location are wonderful and always welcoming! Highly recommend for any LEGO-loving kids and families!
