Our 3 & 5 years old boys loved it! We spent 4 hours on a Saturday and they wanted to stay longer. They wanted to go back the next day.

Expensive. No where mention that you need to be there before an hour of closing..the counter gets close an hour before the store close WOW. never seen in any other place. Ppl travel from far and wanted have quick visit but they Cannt if they don’t reach an hour before. Although they have 45 min left they won’t be allowed inside. I hated seeing my son upset face when they didn’t allow.

We couldn't even enter because they required us to purchase additional tickets just so my daughter could play here. Unfortunately, this completely ruined my daughter's first experience. It’s truly disappointing, and to make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and seemed unprofessional. Pressuring my wife and me to pay extra just so our daughter could enjoy herself was absurd. If I could, I would give this place 0 out of 5 stars. They really had the Christmas spirit here.

So disappointed. 2 really sad boys. They don’t accept LEGO gift cards. Yep, you heard that right. I get the whole 3rd party thing but figure that out. AND, they don’t accept cash. You know, money. You heard that right too. Also, by the way, in the state of Illinois it’s against the law to not accept cash in a retail store for under 2k.

They have 2 kiosk to purchase tickets... but they'll have 9 people exactly at 3 pm asking stupid questions about ticket purchases.... so if I pre-purchase tickets at 3 pm, we have to wait another 10 minutes for people that decide if they want to enter now!? The attendant doesn't give us any information and making us wait for NINE PEOPLE TO BUY TICKETS AND LEAVE US WAITING. WHACK! We have to figure it out since they're too busy trying to collect more money from people that can't show up on time or read.... Will not go there again. Got nothing but little brat kids that don't want taught right. "Take what you build"? It's a scam! YOU DONT GET TO KEEP WHAT YOU BUILD. Total false advertising. Its really 2 small bags of INDENTICAL legos of a black girl on a beach lego.... WTH??? Buy the cheap tickets and use your phone to take pics. We bought the upgraded tickets. Wth am I suppose to do with duplicate cheap legos of a black girl on a beach..... into.thr trash they go! $90 for this!? This is a one time thing. Do yourself a favor, buy legos and play with them at home with your kids. They will appreciate it more. What a total ripoff and lack of customer service, false advertising is WHACK.
