Excellent experience at the discovery center as usual. No wait and very convenient purchasing online tickets in advance. Even without cell service the Lego team members were quickly able to look up my tickets and gets us right in the door.

Great little place. Lots of entertaining features including rides. Kids loved it. However when I bought tickets it said it included photos. $200 for 2kids and 4 adults that includes VR and milk and cookies with Lego Santa. When they took our family photo we were asked to come up with another $35 for one photo and digitals. The photo they printed for us had such bad lighting that all our faces were dark and shadowed. Terrible quality and we’re going to have to fix the digitals into something printable and pay to have it reprinted. I guess you meant the tickets included someone taking our photo? And charging us more money to keep it.

I am an adult fan of LEGO who drove from St. Louis to this location, and was denied entry because my husband and I are childfree. To make matters worse, we were only granted a refund on ONE of our TWO pre-purchased tickets because the attendant scanned one before denying our entry. She also began LOUDLY exclaiming across the lobby, "THEY DON'T HAVE KIDS!!! THEY DON'T HAVE KIDS!!!" It was extremely embarrassing, and she made us feel like there was something wrong with us for even being there. For all she knows, we want kids and can't have them, and her yelling this out for all to hear would be incredibly hurtful. Apparently, they have "adults only nights," which wasn't at all clear upon purchase. We got a hotel near this location specifically to visit LEGOLand. To say I am disappointed is a massive understatement. This ruined our last day of vacation, and I'm still waiting on a refund. I'll also add that even from the outside, I could tell the place was filthy. From the giraffe outside to the front lobby. What a shameful representation of the LEGO name.

We all had fun here! Great interactive experiences thought the venue for everyone. Clean restrooms, fun cafe and awesome displays. Get there early to miss the crowds.

Definitely some room for improvement. Entry process was a little slow. Re-entry is not allowed...so plan accordingly and bring everything you may need. You won't be able to retrieve anything important left in the car and come back in. Staff appears generally apathetic and the food service was exceptionally slow with very mediocre food for much too high a price. Probably best to grab something at the Mall food court before entering. But otherwise...it's fun for kids.

A must see if you have kids or just to satisfy the kid in you. The highlights for me included the City of Chicago skyline and Navy Pier in full detail, the interactive movie theatre experience, and the rides. My daughter loved the pirate ship, jungle, and build-it-yourself areas. I'll echo others' concerns with cleanliness and prices. Areas that can definitely be improved. We came unplanned on a weekday at noon (I was having Lasik later that day nearby), so no crowds, but in hindsight should have pre-purchased tickets for a better price. The staff was nice and the bathrooms were clean. We might have a birthday party for her here at some point. We saw a room just for that adjacent to the food court. I'll be light with the photos so as not to take away from other's experiences.
