Went on a Sunday that snow was predicted so it wasn't too busy which helped our experience! Kids are 5, 6 and 7 They LOVED it! Husband and I enjoyed our time too! The ride and Creative Works (someone teaches you how to make a Lego creation) was our favorite! We spend 3.5 hours there. Price was a bit expensive but overall we'd recommend it! Staff was friendly and place was clean!!! Unsure if it's a "return again" type place but kids throughly enjoyed themselves.

Although we had fun, 3 school buses arrived at the same time as our reservation!I think on your booking site, you should mention that. The Hero Zone was out of order.It took me20 min to find and employee to ask where the Pirate Zone was (apparently they don't have one at this location.

Is this place even owned by lego? This place felt like the least friendly location I've been to. The prices are marked up from other lego locations, the displays were a mess, they don't enter your email to receive points for your purchase, and the cashier was obviously unhappy to be there, treating my friend and myself with what I can only describe as contempt just for being adults buying the very thing they sell. My advice for anyone planning to make the trip for a "legoland" experience, don't. Your local lego store will give you a better and more satisfying experience than this.

My two kids, we're excited and had a good time. My mechanical mind brought my eyes up, and maybe the heath department should look into this place. I suspect this duct might be an exhaust of some sort, but it is leaking a possibly caustic liquid that is leaving serious residue on the outside along joints. I was drawn to it by stains on the floor. Could be a hazardous situation or maybe just a sign of poor indoor air quality.
