This is a very cool experience if you have children! No adults allowed unless accompanied by children so very safe and monitored. Great opportunities to build and play. Lego themed 4D mini movies, mini ride, building classes, meet a mini fig, so much to do! The displays were a little dusty and there's no way to take home what you build. It was a fun day had by all and can't wait to go back. EVERYTHING IS AWESOME!

It was okay. 25% of things were broken or did not work well. The price for tickets were higher than the actual enjoyment/entertainment value received. The Bank Lasers were pretty cool though. We do not foresee ourselves going back anytime soon. They do offer a Military Discount.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Legoland’s policy! My partner and I are huge LEGO fans and collectors. We drove all the way from downtown to visit Legoland, only to be told at the entrance that we couldn’t buy tickets because we didn’t have kids. This is an absolutely ridiculous rule! LEGO has no age limit—many sets are designed specifically for adults. It’s beyond frustrating that adult fans of LEGO are excluded from experiencing Legoland. This policy feels discriminatory and completely unfair. If I could give zero stars, I would. I sincerely hope you reconsider and change this exclusionary rule.

We Went to Legoland yesterday to celebrate my son’s birthday. He was looking forward to going on the Merlin ride after seeing videos of it the week before. When we got inside, we found out that the ride was down and was told only after getting inside by one of the staff that it has been out of order from the day before. The ride is at the very back end of the venue and we didn’t get to it until after already seeing the other activities. We wanted to speak to a supervisor to find out what could be done but the staff at the front said no manager was available. When we told the front staff that my son was disappointed with the ride being out of order, she said that there was nothing that they could do to help and that they weren’t aware of it being out of commission as it only happened that morning. When I told her the staff inside already let us know that it was closed from the day before she tried to backtrack and say maybe she could give us a deal that is already widely available online and nothing else can be done. We took the kids out of school and drove an hour for the whole legoland experience. We wouldn’t have gone in if it was disclosed that the kids wouldn’t be able to get the entire experience. They weren’t informing people at the door and refused to help those who already paid to go in. This seems like a sketchy way to operate a business, I would recommend confirming they are able to offer you everything you came for before purchasing a ticket as they have proven they are willing to be deceptive and lie when caught.

Customer service in the store is horrible. The cashier was rude and refused to take my info so I didn’t get points for my purchase or the builder discount. She even said they “don’t do points” So I had to submit my receipt to customer service but I was able to get some of my points on the builder app. You’re better off making your purchase online.

Kids love this place and enjoy playing there building legos and watching 3D Movies and it was super exciting for them. The only problem is that it was too crowded for them to play in the obstacle and slides. It is not good that they are wearing shoes while playing there. We loved the Miniland Canada. We never had a meet and greet there which they mentioned on the website. In the end, we realized that they could bring their used mini figures and trade them there with some other mini figures.
