Went to the adult night for Valentine’s Day and overall had a fun experience. But, the Kingdom Quest ride broke down and we were next in line. So, we were pretty disappointed about that and were unable to ride it because it wasn’t fixed by the time the event was over.

It was okay but it was a skeleton crew working, people doing multiple jobs and not worth the money. I felt they cheated the kids out of a rewarding experience and hope it improves in the near future. I feel parents should be 1/2 price as we are taking the kids, it’s not for our pleasure and as a grandparent, I’m paying to watch my grandchildren play and have fun. Not cool you can do better!

My kids enjoyed their time there but they had one side closed down for maintenence. Would've loved to know before we bought the tickets. The master builder does a great job.

We went with a 7yo and 4yo. Intro ride was broken (unreactive) after we waited 20 minutes to get on and we were not offered another chance. Other electronic attractions were not well maintained (broken bubbles in the cinema, broken reaction game). Decent time sink for kids who enjoy building lego cars.

The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, which was a pleasant surprise considering my recent experiences with other retail and entertainment businesses have been the opposite.

We had high hopes for Legoland, however the steep prices and overall impression left much to be desired. The entire place needs updated, it is very dirty. Unfortunately I don't have much good to say. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for the chariot ride- which reminded me of the buzz lightyear ride at Disney; and due to the gift shop there was a very sweet employee working the gift ( of course we left with a Lego set).
