The experience was brief but enjoyable and I wasn't too sure how things worked to be honest there wasn't much clarity my son enjoyed it for the most part for like about 20 minutes and then we went on the little ride I think we missed out on the virtual experience but that's okay my son is sensitive so you know it was enjoyable for the amount of time we were there

Love this place they have a play area for kids to climb. 2 rides, 4 different lego 4D movies that play 15 min each every 30min I think. A bunch of legos to play with. Lego models. Definitely a great place for 3+ yr old.

Absolute waste of money. I have seen advertisements for Lego land and how it is accommodating to all ages. We have a 4 and 3 year old and planned a day off work to come up and take them for a day out from 2 hours away. We spent over $100 on tickets and were highly disappointed overall. There were no signs out for where exactly to go and park if you aren’t familiar with the area. I tried to call customer service 2x and got sent to a voicemail each time trying to find where to enter at. Then once we got there we weren’t able to build any of the cars for the racetrack because no pieces were organized at all so you could not even find 4 matching tires. The 2 rides were sub-par as well, and the only thing my kids were able to really do was the padded jungle gym. We didn’t even stay an hour because there was just not things accommodating to 3&4 year olds. Not to mention the weird intro that you choose your avatar for 10 min and can’t even get into the play area until that room is complete, then the door opens to the rest of the building. Just a really weird place, and definitely something I’m warning everyone I know about. I contacted Lego land about this issue and requesting it to be made right with a refund since it was outrageously priced to not even be able to enjoy. They denied and refuse to do anything to make it right.

We had a great visit! Our only disappointment is that we purchased the package that included the digital photo package and it's two days later and we still do not have access to our pictures. We purchased this for family that is from out of town and would have taken our own group family pictures if I had not paid extra for this!

This was by far the best indoor experience my family had! The rides are fun, the short movies were a blast and I recommend the virtual reality it’s $7 extra. You can pay in advance for tickets or buy there; I’ve done both. We had such a good time we went back a month later! There’s a lot to do.

Overall, Legoland was a good experience that met our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rides were cool and enjoyable. However, I wouldn't recommend the activity pack for kids. It was a bit overrated and didn't provide much value for the money.
