One of the worst places we've ever adventured to. Each person to enter must buy a ticket. If you buy your ticket the day of, it's more expensive. For 3 people, basic entry day of, it was 80$. There was one small ride fitting 8 people (half the seats were closed off) which BROKE I think 3 runs in (this is right after opening) the VR experience was closed, the small play place (imagine old McDonald's sized tunnels, was fitting about 20-25 kids. One TINY room for a Lego class (for ages 8 and up) with like 4 classes throughout the whole day, the Lego theatre(movies). With a total of 200 people there at opening, no activities could be had. Literally ANY play place, Chuck e cheese or kids place would be 10x the value and cost. Skip this place 100% we left after 20 minutes.

Our toddler has a great time (and so did we)! Great indoor activity probably good for 2-3 hours of entertainment. The staff is very friendly and we appreciated the hand sanitizer stations all over the place. Would recommend.

One of the only reason I go to this mall. Has a great selection and inventory of older and newest Lego products. Staff is helpful and I'm always happy when I leave.

Overall a great place. My 5 year old had a blast. It was nice that the rides are included in admission and can be ridden as many times as you like. Some room for improvement- The first room as well as Miniland had many broken interactive games. Every time we went to hit a button, it was broken. I can appreciate having a “no cell phones” rule on the Kingdom Quest ride to avoid videos of it, however, I do not appreciate being yelled at via microphone because I tried to snap a quick selfie of my son and I at the very beginning of the ride. Come on. We pay a pretty penny to be in the building and shouting at parents for trying to capture a memory is a bit much… I found the playground spaces to be stressful as a parent. I got that same vibe from other parents. There are multiple exits from the buildings and you can hardly see in to keep track of your children.

Our visit was not worth the money spent. Myself and my husband and our two children 5 & 8, came this evening and paid $117 for tickets. There were two rides, which were enjoyable, however on the first ride, my son’s gun didn’t work to shoot, and one of the screens were completely out. The 4D cinema was decent, and at 15 minutes, my 5 yo didn’t get bored. We also enjoyed building the legos and making racing cars, however, there were many buckets that should have been refilled due to being almost empty. We did get a visit from Lego man, which was a nice surprise. We visited the cafe which “proudly serves Starbucks coffee” however, they only serve hot coffee. While I didn’t expect there to be many Starbucks options, I certainly expected more than just the basic hot coffee. The Lego city was very fascinating. We enjoyed walking around looking at the buildings, however, many of the operational aspects were out of order. We did spend about 2 hours here, and overall the kids had fun running around. I would definitely not recommend solely because of the price not being worth it. If I only had to pay for the kids and not pay for myself, that would be more reasonable. However at $117, I think there are many other places we could have enjoyed more.

I took my grandson who is 8 yrs old. And he absolutely loved it. This was both of our first time going. We had a blast. Loved the rides. Advice from the employees. Get on the rides first then go play in the build areas. We booked our time for right when the doors opened.

Theater 21 was disappointing. Multiple seats had broken arms and all of them were uncomfortable. Movie was awesome but hard to sit through due to seats. It was a 3 hr movie

Its expensive as hell. And they aren't getting any cheaper. The walk through is nice if you got kids, but one time would suffice.
