I gave 3 stars based on availability of GWP. The employees are GREAT, but it's a struggle for GWP(Gift with purchase). I have spent approximately $1,000 in that particular store & every interaction it's a struggle for GWP. No call back regarding GWP, if they say we don't have & the manager will call you, because management is very rarely there. They also do not price match. As stated, the staff is great, but if you want your GWP, do not even go into the store. I will not mention the Manager's names ( there are 2 - 1 is male & 1 is female), not their fault, but no GWP ever available & it has to be a discussion ( manager has to be called while you're there to discuss if any GWP is available) & I am unsure if it's management, but not the greatest experience when spending so much of your money. I guess if you're in NYC, maybe think about going to the White Plains, NY Store. Just my opinion, but the employees are helpless, but nice & helpful.

This was a terrible experience. The staff was rude and disrespectful. It was my first time here and everytime I asked questions they were annoyed and not helpful. Someone stole one of my kids Lego sets and they wouldn't replace it and said "only if someone returns it" it's insane how much I paid and how little they had to offer. I would never come back this place is terrible and no one should come here. The Legos are also very limited and they had exhibits closed while they nickel and dime you for everything.

Arrived a little before our requested time, and they let us in with no issues. Not crowded at all, and we got to spend a lot of time building legos and walking around the lego attractions. Great to go during the week when no one is there that's for sure. We did the 4D movie as well which was pretty cool and you do get a little wet while watching it.

Fun place to visit. My 3 year old loved it. I was a Lego kid so many years ago so it was nostalgic for me too.

All the push buttons for the activities didn't work. Not worth the admission. Spend the money on your kids Lego set and have better time.

This place is a SCAM! They don’t allow adults to enter without a child. I took my boyfriend here because he loves legos and I wanted to experience a Lego Land. We were super disappointed when we bought our tickets and then were denied entry after the rude lady asked for our ages and told us we were not allowed in. She then proceeded to tell us to read everything when purchasing your tickets and kept telling that to us over and over again. We were polite and respectful and understood, and we felt the opposite from the lady working the entrance. I see many other reviews on here about adults being denied. Make this more known on the website and when purchasing tickets. It’s super misleading. And make sure employees are treating their customers properly! We paid almost $60 to experience this and we were met with disrespect and treated like we were some stupid kids. I’m glad I got a refund but of course it takes 3-5 days to process.

We visited a few weeks ago and there were many disappointments. The play area was all closed saying it was for private rental,the line for the one ride they have was 40 minutes waiting time, all the lego building areas had no axels and minimal wheels so the kids all seem frustrated they couldn't build cars at car stations. It was a very dirty and dusty and very expensive for mostly just viewing extensive beautifully built lego towns that were untouchable.

It's always super fun! Such a great place to take the kids when they're off school. The crew is always friendly and there are also fun rides for the kids and adults. Parking is for free and that makes even greater hahah
