We were greeted by Danielle the manager during our first visit with our Legoland GOLD season pass. She was kind made us feel welcomed by asking us if we were having a good time. We definitely enjoyed our visit and relieved the process to enter with our season pass was seamless. No reservation was needed and we just scanned and walked in on a Sunday at 4pm. No coffee refills at this location but there is a popcorn refill option of $2. Everything was clean and there was tons of staff eager to greet and smile at us.

Overall, place was meh. Hard to find, no signs outside. Half the attractions or rides were broken. The ones that were operational were super short lived. Spent $140 for 2 adults and 2 kids and done with everything in like 20 minutes. We took a "free" photo at the entrance and was an extra $35 to get the pics. Big waste of money. So many other cool things to do around this place that were way better.

Great place to bring the kids. Avoid the weekend, as it seems too crowded to do anything, despite paying full price. Also, we bought tickets online, which I highly recommend

Biased as a Lego fan walking through the door. Store was easy to shop, most items we clearly shelf priced. Was welcomed into the store but did a question regarding a product and was told to check the shelf. Overall, a positive visit. I was only there to shop the store not to visit the play place.
