Very weak experience. Staff unhelpful and barely available. Staff blows you off when asking for help. VR experience and other games were short and barely anything. The 4d movies aren't even timed correctly and water sprays everywhere when no water is on the screen. Not many people in the theater so all the seats are puddles of water. So many other experiences were mediocre, but they're not even worth mentioning. Only thing worth seeing are the large models, but the big Lego stores in places like NYC are way better than this entire experience.

This place is absolutely a waste of time and money! Their is a complete lack of organization. Toys are dirty. It is completely over priced.. not to mention adults must pay addmission just to watch their kids. The staff is completely MIA and the place has no sense of direction. It's louds over crowed and three kids got lost while i was there! Next time I'll go to Hershey chocolate world for free and bring my own damn legos. These people are theives! They make their money off over priced tickets for a crappy experience! Your better off going to a free museum.Dont waste your time and money like I did! 3/16/2019

Overpriced and underwhelming. Do not recommend and will not be back. We went on a Monday and it wasn’t crowded. We didn’t have to wait in line for any ride. My 5 yo son was bored after 10 minutes and we left. Paid over $50 for nothing. He said he would rather play with his legos at home. I can’t imagine how miserable it is in there if it’s crowded.

We visited last week for our sons’ birthdays. It was easy to walk to from the MBTA and there were lots of other great stores nearby. When we walked in, it was bright and exciting. Andrew the staff helped us twice (check in to park and checking out with Lego purchases) and he was fantastic! The lego city was amazing! We did ride and some other little events. The kids with me were just about 9, 15 and 15. I think this is geared more towards toddlers and young elementary students but each boy found something to do. A couple things we learned by surprised was that they do not accept cash and they’re not a “Lego store.” We had pre-purchased a lego gift card for the shop which we could not use. We were originally super overwhelmed because we had brought cash but this is where Andrew came in. He helped us use their cash to card kiosk, helped us sign up for a lego account and he made my moment of panic (boys had already picked out birthday Legos that were waiting for payment) completely go away. He was fun, knowledgeable and definitely helped in the moment of embarrassment when our planned payment methods were not accepted. Thank you so much for this! The boys have since built their Legos and they enjoyed themselves.

There should be a smaller capacity limit for the size. Spreading germs and illness very possible considering it's full of kids touching everything. And it's not priced that a minimum wage person could ever afford. And def. Not with the amount of displays offered. Lower the price, make visits have a time limit w bracelet to monitor. That way it cuts down spreading illness and that way the parents don't get as stressed with being too overpopulated. Lower costs, lower visitor stays and up ur average...

What an amazing experience. It was a little costly for myself and my 4 kids but so worth it!! They had a blast and the employees there were so helpful and kind. UPDATE! 6years later we still LOVE it here! It is new and updated and we love going to see all the projects and create some!
