Great for younger kids!!! Easy access and right down the way from the food court. We went with a School Field Trip. It was a Blast!!!

This place is great for kids. We go about once a month and make an afternoon out of it.

This was our first time visiting. My #1 complaint is that most of the attractions were not working and not attended by an employee. In the first attraction, only one of of the "laser shooters" in our car worked, and we had to ask to go again. The second car was also broken with three out of four "shooters" working. I asked if the cars would be removed for repair and the attendants didn't have an answer, they just put the same two cars back in play. The laser attraction where you dodge laser lights and hit buttons to escape a room was broken - there were no laser lights. We told several employees and it was still not working and no "out of order" sign was posted an hour later - there was no attendant at this attraction. The Virtual Reality attraction, which has six seats, was also broken with only four seats working. The attendant had no idea what to do, kept moving us to different seats, and was still seating people in the broken seats when we were leaving. The 4D movie was working and was very cute - attendant wasn't very pleasant. Most of the employees were standing around chatting and when you asked a question, they didn't have the answer, or they seemed confused. Even upon entry we asked how to begin our lego journey and the attendants were dismissive and told us to just build a mini lego figure and move on. I have a hard time giving two stars, I was going to give one star, but there were employees who were helpful and jumped in wherever they could. My granddaughters love legos and I really wish their visit was better.

Tables were dirty bathroom was dirty 3d glasses they gave us should’ve just been thrown away glasses were so dirty I went to clean them in the bathroom . No seats were available I had to stand the whole time not good for older people with knee or foot issues as myself .

I was happy that I bought the combo with the aquarium tickets because this Legoland by itself is definitely not worth $40 per person with extra $7 for the VR and $35 for a picture. We had fun but it was very apparent this place needs management that cares about the product it is providing to the public. The rides are cute but on the shooting game we had to spend the first couple minutes figuring out which guns worked. They gave us a stamp card up front to pick a racecar team but not a single stamp station in the entire place had ink. The San Antonio Lego display was beautiful but half of the interactive buttons didn't work, the interactive boat display was broken and the boat tour replicas track was broken as well. There was a lot of people there so it makes no sense why there seems to be no investment in upkeep here. The advertising for year passes made me laugh because why would anyone want to come back more then once after seeing how little this place is cared for.
