Mars was so helpful organizing our school field trip group. The emails and correspondence from Mars made the whole experience easy. We brought 78 students who had the best time of their lives watching the 4D movie, playing games, building with legos, and enjoying the rides. The service throughout Legoland was impeccable. Thank you for having our school and for an unforgettable experience.

Very disappointing visit. I went with my 4-year-old and 12-year-old, and honestly, neither of them enjoyed it. Even my 4-year-old was bored after just 15 minutes. To make things worse, the place was overcrowded, making it hard to enjoy anything even if it had been working properly. Almost everything looked worn out or broken—there’s clearly no proper maintenance. The 4D cinema is outdated and there were NO 3D GLASSES!!! I paid for VR and didn’t get anything , the Mini Town is falling apart, and nothing seems to have changed or been updated in years. I paid over $150 for tickets and ended up forcing the kids to stay just to get something out of it. It felt like a complete waste of money. LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Toronto seriously needs a refresh, better upkeep, and a rethink of how many people they allow in at once

The Discovery Center is located within a building complex. If you follow GPS it will put you near the entrance to the parking garage. Parking is by a ticket given as you pull in, and a validation ticket is given at the entrance to the Discovery Center for 3hrs of parking. HOLD ON TO BOTH. You will need both when you leave. Scan the parking ticket first, then the validation ticket for the discount. Regarding the inside, the Discovery Center was clean, and well staffed. Every employee seemed in a good mood and happy to help. We came here as an alternative to the St Louis zoo (because of the tornado damage) for my 17yr old who loves Legos. I really wish there was any type of disclaimer/disclosure for ages. This Discovery Center is very much for younger kids, maybe early teens. It was much smaller than expected, but we still had fun.

If you stop in, expect to spend some money! It's nostalgic about the good old days and the employees are very welcoming! Also, there's only 1 line to pay, might be a few minutes wait in line, but please be considerate and patient with the employees! They're doing their best to accommodate y'all and be respectful!
