I went here for my grandson's second birthday party. He seemed to enjoy it, and his guest had a great time, too!

Don't visit unless you have kids. It's not worth the hassle.

I took my 3 year year old to legoland yesterday for the first time. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. We walked in and went straight to one of the first attractions we saw, which was a ride. We waited our turn and hopped in. They showed us these toy guns and explained we were supposed to “save the princess,” by shooting certain things. I was immediately shocked and didn’t know what to do ,since we were already on the ride. We’ve never exposed our child to guns in life or in shows. Thankfully my kid didn’t notice the guns so we just did the rides without the shooting. Then, we did the 4-d movie and there were multiple machine-type guns shooting throughout the movie. Again, totally caught off guard. I understand the gun play is appropriate for some age groups, but I would have appreciated some type of sign or notice that there was gun play so we could have avoided the situation. Again, I’m not knocking on having it, I was just extremely unprepared. Through this post, hoping to let other parents know so they know what to expect. Other than the gun violence exposure, it was an extremely positive experience with lots of fun activities for all age groups. As I’m writing this, I’m changing my review from 3 starts, balancing the gun stuff with the overall experience to 1. The fact my 3 year old was exposed to guns and machine guns at Lego land, which is rated for his age is extremely disheartening.

Splash pad closed, it's already quite hot outside Attractions aren't worth 60 bucks for one kid and adult One lame carousel, Dallas built from Lego bricks, space shuttle, that' pretty much all

Really upsetting that you can’t enter without a child.

Great if you have a small child. there is only one ride. Very very small. Not a theme park.

We took our sons (7,and 5) and daughter (3) to a day at Legoland Discovery Center. We noticed that there wasn’t a lot written about the accessibility of the location, so I decided to write based on that. Our daughter 3, is wheelchair bound, so we were curious how the day together would be. Thankfully, the entire building is accessible, with ramps and elevators in locations where there are stairs present. There is also accessible parking on the 2nd floor of the parking garage that leads directly to an elevator taking you to the main entrance. The only challenge that may be faced is finding a place for changing your child if they no longer fit on a baby changing table. Our daughter still fits on a changing table, so this wasn’t an issue for us. In the women’s room there was a larger part of the bathroom where a small cot could be put for changing. There was also some spaces to sit and take a break or enjoy a snack. We enjoyed a Starbucks drink at the cafe while our little boys had so much fun! It is definitely geared toward 4-8 years old. The 2 rides have a height limit and children must be able to walk or hold their head up to ride. Overall, this was a great trip and we would definitely recommend it or go again!
