We were excited to go to LegoLand and had a good time. The race track portion was great- the adults and kids enjoyed building and racing cars, but the price point was high in our opinion ($130/ 2 kids under 8, 2 adults). If you are vacationing in San Antonio and not going to SeaWorld you may enjoy it more because of the SeaLife side but we didn’t visit that because we had just spent a few days at SeaWorld. Leaving this review to let parents know our experience so you can plan accordingly :)

The experience was nice. However, I was charged for tickets that I never received that were over $200 dollars. The website said error yet I was still charged. I wasn’t aware my card was charged till the following day. I had to make a second purchase using another card just to enter for my son’s birthday. Customer service really needs major work. I’ve been trying to contact someone multiple times for months with no call backs or responding emails. The staffing needs to be on one accord. We were aware that the aquarium part closed at a certain time. However, an employee told us we would be able to enter through there side entrance. Once we tried to head over to the aquarium entrance, we were told that we would have to return another day. It was closed! This incident took place in September 2024 I’m not even sure if we’d be allowed to use our unused tickets. (Which I highly doubt there shouldn’t be an issue whenever we plan to return). Being charged almost $400 and not being able to experience the whole experience nor a refund is really disappointing!!! Legoland has to do better the prices are high enough to encounter these kind of problems.

Clean. Interested my 3 and 5 year olds but I could tell that they were not engaged as much as they could have been. Not a great amount of Lego’s (missing axels, wheels) at the stations for building cars and trains for the tracks which led to a lot of frustration and let down. The flower “area” was completely empty. At least 4 out of order signs for various features. Definitely felt like a fitting cost would have been $5 each. Hopefully they can find a way to bring that Lego magic and creativity back. The back room with KC made scenes, the playground, and the ride were the top hits for my crew.

Parking is expensive and park is hard to find in the mall. Expensive way to burn a few hours of time. The san antonio downtown in legos was cool.

We were excited to visit. It was very nice. It wasn’t crowded on a Sunday morning. We were greeted well. You are on your own inside. A lot of building opportunities. We really worked hard to build in the attic room. That was one place where you were given step by step instructions on your build option. Our grandsons had a great time. We enjoyed the large displays and characters. The 3D movie was fun. Very interactive.

This place is so fun. I’d say we were there with our two year old for two hours and the time flew by. There’s a little kid interactive train ride, there’s a 1/2 hour ninjago 4-D movie, lots of stations to play with legos and lots of things to see. Worth it!

They don't allow adults to see the inside without ticket. This is ridiculous. You will bring your kid to a place where you dont know what kind of thing your kid will confront

When I get a pass for Legoland Goshen (the outdoor resort) this is included and serves as a rainy day option.
