I can easily rate this place at least a 5 star trail. Coming from a full Korean, (also half black, half Samoan, and a quarter Indian,) who is also a queer genderfluid lesbian 15 year old I can confidently say that this is the safest trail I’ve walked on for a good couple years!! I’d definitely come back for this outstanding area! I won 4 free tickets to legoland in a raffle I did and I still had to purchase 1 more at the door since there was 5 in our party. We are military and we did get a military discount on the admission. At the door I also purchased the VR ride and the activity pass. Those 2 were a waste of money. The VR ride was a max of 2 minutes long and the Activity pass I was told if you collected all the stamps throughout the area you will receive a minifigure upon leaving. I purchased $600 in the retail section where they do not offer military discount and all they gave was a tiny sheet of mini stickers for completing the stamps. I tried explaining what we were told originally and the 2 ladies there around 330pm May 28th were arguing with me and giving me a hardtime . Mind you the mini figures has a total of 4 pieces. For spending almost $700 on total the customer service there was terrible. For being my sons Bday and being a military family we should've never had that experience. Than the lady with dark hair at the register in retail said she had a bad back and she made my son put his own stuff in the bag. Excuse me??? If you cant do your job and have crappy service definitely do not work at a primarily childs place. The ONLY reason why I gave a 2 review was because of the Chicago setup. That was really cool.

My kids loved this place! It seems overpriced to me. We only went because we had a Get Out Pass. I wouldn't pay to do it more than a handful of times.
