The 4D movie alone was worth the trip!

The staff are all very kind & know how to work with kids but the place is not worth the price. $22-$29 per ticket depending on the time you pick is pretty steep considering there's not a ton to do - especially for adults - when you can go to the Perot and have more to do for both parents & children a similar price. The place overall is a bit dirty, especially the bathrooms, which I did report during my visit. They do have hand sanitizer stations but they were not all operational. The rides are super short and the activity book is not worth the paper its printed on. You get a tiny pack of stickers and a plastic token for completing it & the stamps to complete it are hard to push to get it to imprint on the paper. Not worth the hassle or the $7 for them.

Good place to spend couple of hours. Kids enjoyed 3D movie & small laser shooting ride along with lego building activities.

Great fun. Very well organized. Small entertainment for the cost. The "gift shop" is bigger than some of the activities.

Great time at Legoland. We ate ahead of time. They love the entry train ride, jungle gym, mini land, impossible mission ninjago maze, and of course the 4D movie theater. The art room is nice and they enjoy the mini shows that occur hourly or so as well. Money well spent.

Very pricey for what experience includes. There are much better value for kids activities across Boston. This was a disappointment for us and for the kids.

Today was our first time to visit. My kiddos had a really good time but I was really concerned about a few things during our visit. The bathrooms were terrible. There was a horrible smell, there was no working soap, the paper towels were almost gone, a stall was down and the stalls open were low on toilet paper. In a facility that relies on people's hands to sift through tiny lego to put together and reuse other's pieces....this is gross and unsafe. The staff were few and far between. I had to actively search for someone to help us. Rides were available and the staff we did find at the rides were kind. The water portion of the park was down but there was no information about this when booking. The facility was dirty. The staff areas who controlled ride was dirty and legos under foot. The car building station was a mess and it was terribly hard to find tires/wheels. It was frustrating for the kiddos and wanted to leave that area quickly. The ninja area was broken too.

no real rhyme or reason to the structure. Half of the interactive attractions weren't working. It's just a bunch of dirty Legos in bowls all over and kids digging through them and putting them in their mouths. And the freakin cost for 3 people is INSANE. Waste of time if you're over the age of 6. Also. Skip the Make Your Lego. It's a rip-off. The staff were less than helpful, the place is disorganized, and you can't customize it because you get a choice of one hairstyle, 5 faces, and either a shield or sword. You're better off skipping this place. it's a total waste of money and time.

Please staff the laser area so kids and parents know what is going on. Kids were running in and out not knowing what to do when the buttons on the wall lit up and 15 seconds later they’re out and people in line are waiting 5 minutes for the next opportunity to type their name in. At least put up some directions more than just type name here and choose easy/moderate/hard/expert. Also, definitely for kids 7 and under. Cool to see big jungle and DC representations. Loved the shark jumping out of the reflecting pool. But why do parents have to pay to $35 to build some lego man with their kids and follow their kids around?
