My wife and I were excited to visit as we are big fans of LEGO. We were very impressed in London by the LEGO store and the figurines that were created. We were expecting a similar positive experience here. However that was not the case. After driving an extra hour out of our way on our short vacation to Toronto, we arrived at the location and were allowed to enter the gated off area by one of the employees. Then we asked how to buy tickets and the desk denied us access due to us not having a child to accompany us, because we do not have children. We were surprised as the signage says 2+ ages are permitted and on the website there was no clear indicator of this until we researched in the FAQ section afterwards. We agree this is a failure by LEGO to inform their customers ahead of time of this policy. It was embarrassing and disappointing. This was the closest thing to LEGOLand that we were able to find and were excited for the experience, but disappointed in the end. We later figured out that LEGO offers occasional adult nights which is nice. However they are missing out on a lot of revenue and turning away a lot of customers with this experience. It's misleading unless you take time to research the entire website for all of these details. This is very disappointing for people visiting Toronto for the first time or any major city where the time is limited to explore. We could have saved a lot of time if we were ware of this ahead of time.

We had so much fun! This place is very hands on and interactive. We went on a Monday and the crowds weren't bad at all. Minimal waiting in lines for rides. The staff were great! Alexa (staff with braids) was so interactive with all of the kids and helped them have so much fun! The 4D movie was cold so not ideal if your child gets cold easily, but you could bring in a blanket. The splash pad is fun, don't forget a towel! The food was good, but pricey. You could always eat at the Mall food court and come back. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will go back for sure!

My 7 year old son and I really enjoyed it. Opted for the basic admission, which was enough. It wasn't very busy when we were there. We road the 2 rides multiple times and watched the 4D movie. I thought we'd only spend 1-2 hours there but we stayed for nearly 4. And as someone who's not a fan of kiddie places, I enjoyed myself. All the staff were very pleasant. The Lego creations of Columbus were really cool, and we liked that there were several interactive parts in that room. My only complaint is the food in the cafe is terrible. Pizza was undercooked and hot dog overcooked. No fault of the person working--I think they do it according to what they have, but it's a shame they can't do better in this regard. Best to just grab chips and a drink in there if you really need something.

The only thing bad here is people don't watch their kids. We had to wait a few times because kids cutting in line and parents also. Parents please do better.
