It was way much better than expected! My 9 year old son has been asking when are we going back!!! Although the place is not that big, it has lots of things to do. The 4D movies are fun! One of the rides was beyond amazing!! My kids loved both rides. Their playground is awesome. We even met the YouTube Lego Master Builder. The guy has an amazing personality!! He knows how to connect with the children and the audience. We truly loved it and were impressed! If we lived closer we would visit a lot this place. We still plan to visit them as much as we can. Totally worth it!!! It is like a kid's museum, plus indoor playground, plus two fun rides! All the employees that I interacted with, offered great customer service and kindness!! We got online tickets which were a little bit cheaper so I thought that we saved some money. I am just looking at the receipt that I got in my email and i noticed that there was a $3.99 processing fee. I am so dissapointed with this fee.

Legoland was fun and our kids both loved it. It's a little like an indoor playground but there's lego to play with and has two small rides. The staff were good too in that we accidently bought advance tickets for one of our kids when we had a free voucher. No issue for them to refund two of our advance tickets so that we could take advantage of the offer.

Adults must have a child to enter the discovery center. 'Gift Shop' is a decent LEGO store with a variety of new LEGO sets tailored to both children and adults. Tickets are not required to make a purchase from the store. This may be a good option if the mall LEGO store is busy or doesn't have the set you are looking for.

LegoLand was AMAZING! My 6 yo son loved it, my 17 yo daughter, and I (34 yo) also had a blast. Two fun rides, but so many gun building stations!!!

Great experience for families with kids of all ages. My youngest follows Master Model Builder Alec on YouTube and we were able to meet and chat with him today - he's super-fun and really gets the kids engaged. Definitely a high point of our trip to Phoenix!

we have been yearly anytime pass holders at Legoland for 2 years now and usually have a fun time. Our last 3 visits however with my 4.5 and almost 2yo during the spring and summer during the weekday were chaotic. Each time we went there were several school or camp groups there. When I say several I mean multiple groups of 25-50 kids with limited chaperones. While some were well behaved, many children were running around with no one watching them. Older children were pushing my 2yo all over the age 2-5 section and being incredibly rough. Lego should have more staff on when it knows these large groups are coming. I would call ahead to see if there will be camp or school groups there before you visit. It made it a really terrible experience.
