It's gross. They don't clean anything. Legos look like they haven't been cleaned in a VERY long time. I just don't think the trip was worth it. You'd be better off buying your own set or going one time. Crowded but most of all, dirty. Also only bad food choices at the snack bar. They used to have better snacks when I was here several years ago. Now only corn syrup, hot dogs, chips, pizza, candy cake. 😑

The whole family had a blast! They have snacks and everything is decently priced. Interactive games are a ton of fun!

Took advantage of the 19.99 tickets for the weekday. Great place. Clean and all employees were very helpful. My son had a blast and didn't wanna leave. I just wish they could validate my parking ticket to help with the cost to pay in the parking garage. Will visit again.

Legoland is great, everyone working there was very helpful in finding a specific set i was looking for and god bless their patients considering i had the wrong set number to begin with only creating more confusion lol (Sorry for that).

For the price definitely not worth it. There's not a lot to do and kids get bored fast. The communication on the passes is not clear. Felt like I paid to go to an amusement park with out the fun.

I'm really disappointed that adults are not allowed to enter the Museum just to be able to see the different figures and layouts that have been built. I understand it's geared towards children and is a bit play area but there are a lot of adults that do love Legos and would love to see the things that have been built within the museum. I know there are times that are set for adults only but for people that don't live in the area, this is not convenient at all. Adults should have the ability to see the creations made within the museum without having a child with them. It's so disappointing as Lego makes sets for ALL ages, not just children. I think this needs to change.

Poorly maintained and overpriced for what you are getting. I could see this being worth it if the cost reflected the quality and things were working well or properly maintained. On arrival you are asked to build a Lego person, all the parts were just blocks? There was no ability to build a Lego person. There are stations to put your Lego person all over, but without one you can't do them. The reaction game had lights burned out and didn't work properly. The area to build cars had so few wheel pieces (just lots of tires?) it was almost impossible to build a working car to put on the ramps. The movie was pretty neat but the "4d" effects felt like they upset more people than enjoyed them (who doesn't like being sprayed with cold water in a freezing theater??). The skyscraper replica area was neat but again many of the buttons and interactive parts didn't work. Much of the area was just covered in visible dust, indicating there is little to no cleaning or maintenance of the figures and buildings done at all. Overall the experience left a lot to be desired for both children and parents. Hopefully things improve.
