My kids and I had a lot of fun. 7/21 We were there from opening to nearly closing and they never ran out of things to do. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because the staff was disappointing. The staff was usually clustered together, Talking amongst themselves not paying much attention to the children. I only saw one or two staff members who would actually correct children when they were clearly disobeying signs. Most of the time i saw no staff members in building areas. Also the individual doing the creative class same almost bothered anytime a child would talk to them. We still had a good experience because it was a weekday, but I can't imagine on a busier day the chaos that there might be because of the staff.

Overall, my son liked it. The owner needs to put some time and money into maintenance, mind you. Upon entering, the entire first experience room was out of order essentially. There were no signs, but nothing worked. Next, we went on the ride. We got 2 stops in when the lights turned on, and we were all asked to disembark so that the ride could be restarted. It appeared this was a regular problem. Stop 3 was a miniature version of Toronto Attractions, two of which again were broken. The next stop was the 4D movie experience. No sooner did we find seats a woman full-on slipped on the wet floors, breaking her glasses. She was visibly in pain. She said nothing and approached the front to retrieve another pair of glasses for the movie as her children waited in their seats. There were no signs stating to be careful due to the floors being wet. It wasn't until til we were all seated that the person in charge of the experience made us aware. The water effect clearly worked, however the fans did not. After playing, my son worked up an appetite, so we purchased some cheese burgers. I do not recommend wasting your money on the food. The taste was questionable, and the Buns were sopping from the condensation trapped in the foil and sitting. All in all, my 4 year old was impressed and occupied for a number of hours. If this facility were properly maintained and perhaps upgraded (several areas visibly needing redone), I would return. Otherwise, I will be keeping my money and using it somewhere else.
