Over priced, bad customer service, not enough Legos. Kids have to fight to get wheels to build a car. Terrible experience for the kids.

A bit of a let down. Our first experience and we were unimpressed. Took our two boys, ages 6 and 9. One of the two rides were down. Not a whole lot to do. A bit chaotic in the play areas. Best part was the movie, and the cookies in the Cafe. We spent maybe an hour and a half there and did all there was to do. Not something you can make a day out of. For the price of the tickets, we expected more.

This place was absolutely wonderful. My kids (3,5,7) all LOVED it. Even my oldest “kid” (35) everyone enjoyed building, and exploring. Staff were so warm and filled with interesting knowledge. I especially enjoyed the guy in the master builder room. He had lots of incredible builds and was so friendly to chat with. So many fun activities- we literally spent the whole day there. I wish it was opened later so we could have had more time! The laser maze, train ride and 4D movies were my personal favorites. I loved all the different Lego opportunities to spark creativity. Also the big soft ones were great. The characters walking around was a fun touch although we only saw one in the 6 hours we spent there. I was very disappointed however because I purchased upgraded tickets for the photo pass and I only saw two places to use this. One of them was out of order. We saved two photos (which were blurry anyway) to the provided QR code but when scanning the QR code it said nothing was on it. I noticed other people scanning theirs and having the same issue. I had a code to get two of my children free and forgoed that opportunity because I wanted them to have the upgraded experience with pictures and builds. (Also note I had 5 passes with the photo pass and only given 1 photo pass card) I’ll also mention that needing to return the mini figure at the end could be quite disappointing for young children but it was a lot of fun for them to build and there were fun photo ops for the mini figs around the center All in all we will definitely be returning. Time has never passed quite so quickly at a children’s place!

Le tarif d'entrée est cher par rapport aux activités proposées. Les jeux s'adressent à des enfants qui ont moins de 10 ans, on fait vite le tour.Ne pas emmener des enfants plus âgés, ils vont s'ennuyer. Autre bémol, impossible de payer en cach😡, même pour 2 portes clés !

Very cute place for the kids. Spent two hours here. Just beware at closing time the workers get a little rude. Which is understandable since they work all day with kids running away. The lady at the register basically threw the receipt at me 😐 mind you we were in no way being rude or Karen’s.
