This play it's with absolutely amazing. So much Hands-On for the kids to do. The small rides that they can take inside. Unfortunately the Master builders weren't there when we were there but you got to see their entire workshop. And the staff was awesome. It's so nice going to a place where the employees enjoy their job and show it.

Visited this morning at your Lego gift shop attached to your attraction for the first time. Honestly the employees there were cold and unwelcoming. No good morning asking if we needed help and just flat out ignored the fact me my mom and I even existed. Next customers are welcomed in with warm smiles and a warm greeting and still, we were completely ignored I wanted to check out the attraction today but after that, I lost interest. Will go to a different Lego store to shop we won't go back to the River Walk store again.

Very disappointed very little to do other than build with buckets of mismatched Legos and the pirate play ground. For a family of 4(because parents have to also pay to watch kids play.) I could have bought a large set and taken the kids to a bounce playground. And would still have the Legos to play with after. Big let down.

Legoland is a fun place to visit at least once and is perfect for kids under 9. The 4D movie experience is pretty cool, but I wish there were more attractions. Older kids might find it a bit boring.

My 7 year old grandson loved it. Staff was very helpful and an employee in the gift shop was exceptionally good. I recommend going as early as possible in order to grab a handy parking spot and avoid crowds.

We’ve visited Legoland Discovery Centre Toronto many times, but this summer visit was incredibly disappointing. The sheer number of summer camps allowed in during public hours made the experience chaotic and unpleasant. Kids were running wild — which is mostly on the camps for lack of supervision — but the Centre should not allow so many groups at once when regular guests are visiting. Staff presence was unbalanced. There were plenty of employees in the retail store, but barely any inside the Discovery Centre itself. I couldn’t find a single staff member to ask for help when children were climbing on building tables, throwing Lego, or taking blocks from other kids. I ended up addressing it myself, which earned me pointed glares from camp counselors. During Kingdom Quest, the experience was ruined by a staff member repeatedly shouting over the PA system at camp groups and counselors for not following the rules. This constant yelling wasn’t enjoyable for anyone, though I don’t blame the staff entirely; it’s impossible to maintain order with that many unsupervised kids at once. Still, she could have been a little less aggressive. There should be a clear notice on the website when large camps are visiting so families can plan accordingly. The quiet areas are disappointing - a spot in the corner at the exit, beside The mini figure case without even a chair. The Centre should consider adaptive hours for children with disabilities. My autistic son normally loves Legoland, but this chaotic, noisy environment was overwhelming for him. Unfortunately, this visit has soured us from ever returning during the summer months — which is a real shame. To note: The staff members are helpful and polite, the facility was clean enough and the play areas are maintained- needs updates. Cafe is well priced, food is okay, and seating is abundant and cozy.
