My son got hand foot and mouth disease shortly after visiting this petri dish of nastiness. You don't see it at first but once you really look around its not hygienic, no cleaning protocols and staff could care less. This will likely be ground zero of the next pandemic.

I took my grandkids here last week and they had a great time. I do feel as though we missed out on some of the things that were advertised. We didn't see any characters walking around, The advertised Hocus Pocus Potion was not available and I did not receive two items that I paid for online but I sent them an email and hopefully they will resolve the issue. We are looking forward to going back again and we chose to do the annual pass. Once I receive an email response to the email I sent I will adjust this to five stars

So fun 😁

Update: Place has gone pretty down hill. Half of the interactive elements do not work. The train exhibit has no movable trains yet. The Philadelphia exhibit now has a random LEGO loop coaster set in the middle (they did not know what to do with it???). The wands on the ride do not all work. For the loop coaster: maybe add the motor and allow people to see it actually running? It's a really cool Lego, just not in the middle of Philly. Original review: Important to understand what it is and what it isn't. Good for probably 3 to 8 year olds (there's a lot of choking hazard Lego around so probably no younger and no advanced Lego like technic or anything complex to build which caps the age). A good variety (there's an indoor soft play play, Lego to play with, Lego to see, a train ride, movies, food & drink etc. Not that big, if you are expecting a "Legoland", this is not it. About a 2 hour experience, maybe 1.5 hours second time. Maybe a little longer if you eat here. Not for someone who wants to build an actual model, more for those who enjoy a random box of Lego and building random stuff. Great for an indoor activity on a cold or wet day when you want to get the kids out of the house. Why it was less than 5 stars (fix this and you'll get 5): Not as clean as it should be (see close up pics, parts of the models you can add to look like they have not been cleaned well for weeks or longer - 30 minutes with a brush could fix this ...)

Honestly we love Legos but when we took our family here, I was surprised about how run down and dirty this place was… it was definitely not worth the cost we spent to get in the door… that being said, the kids did have fun building in the Lego Friends section.
