It is okay for a first visit, but they are habitually understaffed, and I have been there before when two grown men were in the play structure with no employee attending when there were like 15 kids in there. I had to force them to bring someone by to manage it, and they were disgruntled to have to do something. The place just gets dirtier and dirtier, with nothing new, they have had the same VR experience for years, with no new content. This last visit was so disappointing, I won't be back with my kids.

We've been going here for years. Awesome experience. So much for kids and adults to do. The staff is always super friendly.

Took my 4-year-old on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised, no wait times for rides or activities at all. I purchased tickets online the day before for $22 each, which felt like a great value. It’s a fun spot for families with younger kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained for hours. There’s even a splash pad included in the price, though it was closed for the season during our visit. The staff was friendly, energetic, and really made sure our kiddo had a great time. Inside, there are lots of stations for different LEGO builds, a 3D movie, a couple of rides, and even a VR experience (for an extra fee). The LEGO displays of DFW are especially impressive and worth checking out. Overall, it’s a great indoor activity for a laid-back day. My only complaint is that it feels a bit small, I just wish there was more to explore!

Fun! I went with a 6 and 2 yr old. They enjoyed it. If your child doesn't like Legos it may not be fun.

Nothing too bad about the lego Store next to it. Was just disappointed because I heard about the Lego building they have for Dallas and wanted to see it. Was fine if payment was needed to enter but I needed a Child if I wanted to look at the Buildings. It was a let down. Went out of my way to come and visit here for that purpose. To snap some pictures and see it in person. They could have that at the front entrance so people who just want to see the city can enjoy it.

A lot of fun, would love to see more of the master builders creations. They're kind of tucked away at the end. The 2 rides are fun! There's some cool building stations.

This place is great, my 7 year old always finds something to do and build. My only tiny tiny gripe is ,since we come here often ,sometimes twice a month or more, i am always hoping for new 4D movies. Thats it. The staff is always nice and friendly and they do their best to police the million and millions of lego pieces that sometimes ends up on the floor. What an operation.

Took my son here for his birthday 🎉. The Lego creations are incredible, and there are lots of chances to build and explore. We especially enjoyed the immersive theater and little surprise features. It’s definitely better suited for younger kids—my boys had fun, but it wasn’t quite enough to keep them engaged for the whole day. Still, a great spot for a fun outing!

We went on a Wednesday for our son's 4th birthday and we had a blast! No one was there and we were able to go at our own place. If the place was busy, I don't know that we would have enjoyed it the same. Gabe was super helpful with the VR experience (it being our kids first time experiencing VR) ,and was very attentive to our child while my husband and I were enjoying the experience also. In the build area upstairs we had the fortunate run in with the master Lego Builder for the location. Jon was super entertaining and had us cracking up! He helped us build cars, gave us a private tour of all the builds and even rode the ride with our son! My son just thought he was the coolest dude and it truly made his 4th birthday super magical for us as a family. The cost of the place is kind of a bummer but the connections with the staff made it totally worth it. Thank you to Gabe and Jon for their time !!! We truly had such a great time!
