NO ADULTS ALLOWED WITHOUT A CHILD!! Extremely disappointed. Drove 30 mins just to be told that a child must be with you and that adults cannot go in on their own. Yes I should have read the fine print, but they should have made it very clear that a child must be with you. And based on the reviews, it's probably not even worth it. Will not be returning and will be letting friends and family know as well to not support this lego place. Absolutely horrible.

In all honesty I was skeptical at first because I didn’t think adults could have fun too ( especially because I have no kid and was going for my boyfriend’s nephew) but I honestly loved it. I do build Legos sets , I wouldn’t call myself a master but I do enjoy it. Got to see a lot of Lego master pieces and also took a master workshop. Alex taught us how to build a dragon. Overall loved it and can’t wait to go again. If you doubting that you’ll enjoy you won’t go look it the cool pieces they have , I strongly suggest you take the class & if you see Alex say HI, He’s build most of what you see there. Just AMAZING!!!!!

We visited the LEGO Discovery Center yesterday with our nine-year-old, and overall, we left feeling disappointed with the experience. While my child did say she had fun, there were a number of management and operational issues that really stood out. Many of the attractions were either not working properly or did not live up to expectations. For example, the stations where you’re supposed to scan the LEGO figure you create were very underwhelming—it only took a picture of the figure and let you add stickers, which was far less engaging than we expected. The laser train ride also had problems: in the first car, one of the guns didn’t work at all, and the staff neither noticed nor warned us about it. Similarly, the laser attraction wasn’t functioning correctly. There were workshops available, but the schedule and locations weren’t communicated clearly. We only learned about them when we happened to walk by the workshop area, and by then, we were too late. The next session wasn’t for another hour and a half to two hours, which was very frustrating. Better signage or clear announcements would have made a big difference. There were plenty of staff around, but they weren’t very proactive. You had to approach them and ask for help to get any guidance. To their credit, when asked, they were polite and helpful—but without prompting, they weren’t very engaged. Instructions at the stations weren’t very clear either, which added to the confusion. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not as interesting or advanced as we hoped. My child still managed to have fun in the end, but as a parent, I felt the center could be run much better.

Warning: if you like Lego and you just want to go inside and see the stuff they built, they won’t let you if you don’t have a kid with you. They also don’t tell you that anywhere on the ticketing kiosk. There’s no signage. Nothing.

Absolutely inane that the people running the front desk can’t process payments to get in to the facility. When my 86 year old grandmother shuffles in on a walker it is incredibly rude to just push her off to the kiosk to pay. You think she knows how to use that? Terrible customer service. Otherwise the actual facility was great and had a lot to do for kids of all ages.

Second time coming and disappointed to see so many things broken. Many of the stamp activities were broken off the wall, one of the outside handles for the manual merry go round was broken, the DUPLO area was missing attractions and just had bricks to play with instead and the reaction time light board was also not functioning. For the cost of the ticket, I would expect things to be in full working order. I was impressed by the LEGO character meet and greets and the shows.
