my sister loves legos and i planned a whole trip for us to come here for her birthday, only to be told we couldn't go in because we didn't have a child with us. Lego's branding is all about being for everyone young and old, but no where was it clearly stated that you needed a child to accompany you. Extremely disappointing, lots of time and money wasted trying to enjoy a nice experience here. They refunded the tickets and it seems they were very used to this happening.

A little disappointed because we couldn’t locate where it says that we have to have a child 17 years and younger on the website. Went there under the impression we would be able to get in but we were denied due to not having a child.

Well they don’t tell you the ride is broken and that whole play areas are shut down and they offer no discount or refund. And the memory maker for your picture package you pay for is broken too and they don’t tell you so you go home and try to get your pictures and you get nothing. Paid for all these things and apparently they think that’s acceptable.

This store is very busy. During our visit they had a great selection of lego product. KATHY cashier was super friendly. DISAPPOINTED in the pick a brick selection and the limited selection of accessories to make your own mini figure, but was happy it was well organized. IT WAS A NICE change to help find pieces instead of being in a big bin you have to sift thru. THERE was only 2 leg selections- black or mummy. Hair was witch orange or purple for girls, short brown or black for boys. There was a, hat, alien head, ghost head, black cat, whip and potion and some Halloween items in the selection. There was only one exclusive set for sale when I asked which I bought and love. I ASKED if they had the light pink or white leaves as was told No they didn't have that. Manager did stand and guard the area when mini figure factory employee was trying to clean up the glass bottle a baby dropped and broke instead of him cleaning it up so could continue what she had been doing. SHE WAS looking for products in the back trying to set up people purchasing the create your own mini fig, ring up people and sweep up the mess. I HOPE THAT THEY GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE for her multi tasking. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant with the crying children and constant customers asking her for help and or to look for items. The prices were actually higher than the north point store. 3 minifigs here are $13.99 instead of $9.99. Large pick a brick boxes are $19.99 instead of $17.99 and limited selection.No baskets to put items in so I left my selections at the counter with Kathy so I can browse until I checked out. I WAS ABLE TO GET one passport stamp and a sticker lanyard. They had a few plushies and a extra large lego figure, poly bags and the store was clean. I actually traveled specifically to this location for a set they didn't have while here in Texas. But over-all I had a good expierence even though the store wasn't able to add purchase my vip insider account. I was told I have to call to have my points added. Store- 4 stars Kathy cashier- 5 stars FEMALE-Mini fig factory employee- 5 stars Mgr-3 stars Random guy employee who brought the broom - 3 stars.

First time going and it was pretty fun , as an adult I enjoyed the sea life a lot , definitely a lot more bigger than what it seems.
