Honestly, it's overpriced, chaotic, and overall meh. Sad to say not worth the cost of entry. And that's using a discount from Lego packages

Staff was super friendly lots of stuff for kids of all ages. There is no re-entry and it's not posted until you get to the exit, so that was a little frustrating, because we bought the combo ticket we assumed it was the same policy as the aquarium. The manager did allow a one time exception for us which was very much appreciated.

25$ per ticket whether child or adult. So just to get in was over $100 for a 2 year old, 5 year old, and parents. FOR THAT COST I would expect no additional costs for entertainment. Not much to do either, definitely feeling like this was a waste of $$$. I guess if you have a kid that is obsessed with building legos and that’s all then yea, bring them here and they can build legos all day. My local library has Lego build day for free, I’ll stick to that. Just not cool enough for the price. I say it is more fitting to charge $10 a person here.

Nice, clean and fun for the litlle ones. Taking a star due to not allowing cake on a birthday party and not having cake available for sale.

My children and I visited on a Monday around 1 PM and stayed until closing — they loved every minute of it! I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Reinhart, who truly made our experience 100 times better. Reinhart greeted us with a warm smile, made sure my youngest had a buddy for a ride while I tended to my toddler niece, and even spent nearly half an hour building and racing cars alongside them. That level of kindness and attention really sold this place for us! Thank you, Reinhart — the @WhatsThePlayDFW team appreciates you so much!

Overall an excellent experience and my son frequently asks to go back. But some things could be done better. There is a cafe, that used to serve burgers, etc. but at our last visit no food was available except very limited grab and go items. No one told us this when we arrived, and considering we have to book online in advance, they even could have emailed to say the cafe was out of commission. There were other things not working also that the center seemed to just pretend didn't exist. Theres a game where you have to spin a spinner and build what it lands on, but they don't have the correct pieces to build those items. Also all the hand sanitizer stations I visited were empty. The staff were friendly, and Benji was awesome with my son. Again- we love it here and had a great time. But visiting in September it seemed like the summer and just worn them out and the enthusiasm was gone.
